Ive been going here since I was 16, almost 20 years, but the IRS just sent a bill for $3230 because my taxes were not filed correctly. When I tried to help L & M with information on how to correct their mistake they told me I would have to call the IRS. I will not waste another dime with these idiots. Turbotax would have been the better option, but I thought loyalty meant something. It doesnt.
