Heartstone Guidance was a lifesaver… not only did the therapist help navigate my personal problems, but also took the initiative to assist in obtaining services with my insurance provider. Amy was always warm and inviting, even during a pandemic. I have several children, work, and go to school, but Amy always allotted a time that best fit my schedule. Additionally, she was honest, professional, and engaged even though my session would sometimes be in the late evenings and weekends. Amy’s integrity and power to help develop strategies without judgement speaks volumes to her adherence to her principles as a therapist and clients. I have seen several therapist in the past, who do not follow up, assist with financial difficulties, and/or make sure that I was feeling heard. Amy has and continues to be available even when my schedule is problematic. Heartstone is an agency that truly cares for their clients and their well being. Any one who is looking for a flexible and honest therapist should look into her services. I would not think of going to another agency now that I have found a place that makes you feel as if no matter what life’s obstacles are she will help you overcome those in an environment that is safe and secure.

An incredible therapist. She is here to support you, first and foremost. Come into therapy and address what you want to work on and she supports you whatever way she can. She also will not cut you off if there is a problem being addressed at the end of the hour. A great therapist and honestly just a good person.

Great and Friendly place with therapists that care about their clients well being. I really enjoy the flexible hours for scheduling, supportive staff and calm atmosphere. They have been able to help with family related issues, personal problems, blended family dynamics, and how to manage a very ADHD based home.

I began sessions with Amy when I was in a pretty healthy place and thought she was okay. However, when I began to need the sessions more, Amy changed the discussion away from me often and did not address my needs or discuss any strategies or plans for my wellbeing. I had some late night sessions when she seemed disinterested and even seemed to be falling asleep. I also had an issue of being billed incorrectly and have had to pay multiple bills even though I expressed that I did not want to continue sessions if it was not fully covered by my insurance. I am seeing a new therapist now and in doing so I have realized how little Amy was helping me where she should have.

Im thrilled with Amys understanding and service she provides. Very easy to talk to. She is so sweet and never judges.
