We were happy it was over. We had a bit of disconnect because our Lending Company didnt communicate well with the Notary and at the first attempt to sign, no one showed to our closing. That was frustrating. Then, during the closing, there was one page that the notary didnt know how to advise signing and said she had never seen that page in all her years as a notary. This was also confusing, as we didnt know how to sign the document. Im still not 100% sure we signed it correctly, but since we didnt hear back, Im assuming it is okay now. Some confusion along the way for sure.
