Jacks got me in quickly when my car wouldnt start. I had my car back the next day, all fixed, for a fair price, with friendly customer service. I will definitely be using Jacks again for future maintenance.

What a great group of people that run this shop! In and out for pads and rotors in just a shade over an hour. The Toyota dealer cant get me in and out for a simple oil change that fast. This was my first visit to Jacks based on his outstanding reviews, and they lived up to their reputation. Before they started the work Dave let me know I could go a little longer on the pads if I wanted to get through the holidays first. That kind of honesty is rare in an auto shop and makes me feel good about servicing my familys car and doing business with good people that treat their customers with integrity like that. My brakes are working like brand new again! For considerably cheaper than what the dealer quoted too. Thanks Dave! See you in the spring for the rear brakes!

Took my car in at 1pm for brakes, got a call by 2pm telling me they found the problem and quoted me a price (which was lower than I expected), was picking it up by 4pm the same day. Incredible service considering other places were telling me their next appointment was a week out, could not recommend this place more.

Jacks was fast to help me and squeeze me in thanks had me a work estimate done for another fix I need I found 100 cheaper somewhere els tho.

Repaired my radiator, replace my brakes and showed me the parts. Spent enough time to explain what they needed to do to make it a safe car to drive. Professional, polite and honest. Worth their weight in platinum!!!

New customer here & my spouse and I just dropped our car off. Upon walking in, I didnt feel welcomed and only felt like we an inconvenience. No smile or greeting, guy was very short with us and I dont feel like I was taken seriously when making the appointment or bringing my spouses car in. We shall see what the end result is when we pick the car back up. Was hoping we couldve made this our go to place but the first impression doesnt make me feel hopeful.

Jacks is a great place to take your car! Theyre honest, and they know what theyre doing. I had to have my rear brakes done on my Scion XB and they did a great job, noticed some other things that needed work, and then charged me less than the estimated amount. I will be going back for any future repairs.

BEWARE! Not an honest shop. Caught them red handed trying to recharge us and make money on our tires that were under warranty. Had to call the original issuer and demand to speak to someone in charge to confirm my warranty. They were going to pocket the money!!!! Do not trust these folks.
