Ive been with State Farm thru Tads office for ~40 years, never feeling the need to look elsewhere. His team has always taken care of my needs, though Ive been lucky to need little, and rarely. One can shop around, and probably find lower prices, but one does so at the risk of poorer service, responsiveness, and of being just a policy number. Im satisfied to stay with Tad Hankins.

Every time I call, text, email, or walk in, everyone (especially Tommy-I recommend always speaking with him) is such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!Update: Upon moving to another part of town, I had my policies switched to a different agent. Instead of paying $300 like I used to at Tad’s office, I now pay under $100. This was needless as I had been reaching out to this office regarding high prices for months, but not once received a response. Now I am out almost $1000.

Do not ever go at this location... they close at 5pm but when u call at 4pm nobody answers the phone. So unprofessional... they keep mixing my policily with others, so messy ....Non responsible, not fair at prices, they tell you something else when you sign up then after the first month they burn you with bills. I regret for going there. Tomorrow i guess will search for new Insurance. Cant deal with them anymore, trying to save money they are scared to hire new emplpyers, its not just me, my friend who is also trying to clear his name and address because its mixed with mine and my father in law has been calling for weeks and nobody answers the phone at all no matter if you call during the am or pm time....Unprofessionalism, lack of experience and profesionalism....
