Never have I written a review so quickly after service. I wait at least a few days to see if things are not what it seems. Well as I saw my damage was fixed beyond recognition I also saw how they vacuumed my vehicle and also washed it.I was so impressed.I called my husband and said lets use them for all of our vehicles needs. I took my car here for an auto inspection with a man who had struck my vehicle while it was parked on the side of the road. They seemed nice at first but were not professional when it came to following up with me on the damages the man had caused to my car. They were very one sided and I’m not sure how you think someone didn’t cause the damage to my car when it’s exactly where the man hit it. I will never recommend you guys for any service.

Bobs got my car back to normal after an accident just before my trip across country. They took care of everything with the insurance. It was a very pleasant experience.

While I havent officially gotten my Prius repaired here yet, I will be in the coming days. I can detail my experience up to that point. Side note, my wifes car was repaired here after a hit and run. The quality of the repairs is what made me come back.I called and asked if there was a time I needed to schedule an estimate. I was told simply to just stop in and it would be no problem. Pulled in and let them know I was there and Randy came out to go over the issues I wanted fixed. He walked around my entire car inspecting all the spots I had pointed out and we went back in to finish up. While I waited for the estimate I was given my choice of drink while I waited. Randy came back a few moments later with the estimate, completely itemized for my convenience. I was amazed! Every other body shop I went to just gave me a giant list of everything and threw out a price. My experience was thorough and to the point.I absolutely will be coming back within the week to finish my repairs.

Great service and fair prices here. This is my 2nd time working with them for a repair. First was front end collision damage on our car and the 2nd was a cracked passenger side window. Estimates are usually cheaper than bigger body shops but the work seems just as good as anywhere else Ive seen.

Ill add to the excellent reviews. I piicked up my Tundra this week and I have to say that it is as good as new. I cannot tell that my fender bender (more like a bumper bender) ever happened. Once I drove in for the quote they completely handled dealing with my insurance company except for calling into my agent to make the claim. I just had to drop off and pick up the truck. Great job, and great service.

Bobs collision is a wonderful shop, I really dont think I could do them justice with a simple review, but Ill try anyways.I had my car towed in after it was hit while parked; the damage was extensive to say the least. The car was new, though, so instead of writing it off as a total loss my insurance opted to pay for repairs. It was a BIG job.The staff at Bobs collision was absolutely wonderful to interact with! They were friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever I called with questions they were patient and always got me an answer soon.I seriously recommend you give Bobs Collision a chance if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing car repairs, they will take great care of you.

Just had my first experience with Bob’s , I’ll definitely use them again when and if I need body work done, they were prompt, communication was made by them thru the process, and the work they performed came out beautifully!! And they washed the outside and vacuumed and cleaned the inside beyond my expectations... overall I’m very happy !!

I rarely leave reviews, but these folks deserve the BEST review possible.This was my first experience with them, having hit a deer a couple weeks ago. The repairs were completed within the quoted timeframe, but here is where they set themselves apart...Matt called me the day I was supposed to pick up the car and explained that there was a minor paint match issue...not very noticeable, but he didnt want to deliver the car in this condition. He offered to pay the extra couple days of my rental car to ensure they got the paint to match perfectly. The car is indeed perfect now, and everything was handled smoothly. They even washed and polished the car and thoroughly vacuumed the interior. The car is now as-new, and Matt went above and beyond in every way!

Did a Great Job on my 2005 Ford!!

I have had Bobs Collision work on two of my Mercedes Benz (2014 GL450 and 2015 CLS63 AMG) vehicles in the past year. I have had the dealerships work on my cars in the past and their work and they dont hold a candle to Bobs. The shop is clean and professional, the service team is polite, on time and communicative. I have had excellent experiences and am a customer for life.

After getting the sliding door fixed we noticed a draft in the car. My daughter said it is coming from the sliding door they replaced.
