Working with their sales team was a bit rocky. I may have been working with someone new who seemed a bit rigid and unsure about what they offered. Often providing information on what would be provided but then making changes due to not completely understanding the details. People raved about their service so I am hoping our event goes off without a hitch. Will write a post event rating to assist others.

I used Alpine Rent All for my daughters grad party and this company was so friendly and cooperative to work with. The two main people I worked with was Carey and Tyler. Super friendly and helpful. My bit of feedback when renting for a grad party is to error on the side of more not less. I ordered a 20 X 20 tent and 60 chairs and 8 tables (I had 2 extra tables at home). I wasnt sure if I needed such a large tent- who comes all at once? However, I stayed with the large size and was so grateful because the sun was blazing that day and my guests all had proper shelter from the sun with out feeling cramped. Which means they stay longer. The same with the 60 chairs... I had enough seating for everyone and never had to worry about people standing unintentionally. I would recommend them to anyone. Reasonably priced and very happy customer.

We hosted our wedding at a private Air Bnb residence, and we had a three hour drive from our home base to get there. Although it was close to the end of their work day, Alpine Events was so flexible with making sure to deliver our china, tables, chairs and linens as we were checking in. They were also prompt with their pick up a couple days later. All rentals (tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware and glasses) were clearly very high quality, and actually served multiple purposes throughout our entire wedding weekend! We got so many complements on our table settings, and so much of that design was due to the rentals from Alpine Events. On their website they have SO many products to choose from, so I could get everything I needed in one stop shop! I would highly recommend Alpine Events to anyone looking for rentals to host a wedding/event!

For the second time, I’ve received dirty and broken chairs from this company. When you order White Chiavari chairs for a wedding @ $9 per chair (more expensive than the other rental companies, which is why I THOUGHT I’d get a nice product) and they come dirty and a few of them are unusable because they are broken and wobbly.... WOW it’s disappointing. Next time I’m going to one of the other 10+ rental companies in Grand Rapids.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. The owner isn’t willing to refund any portion of our hefty deposit for a tent and dance floor. This is NOT okay. The pandemic has hit us all in many different ways. Do the right thing Alpine. I’ll continue to steer people clear of this company in the mean time.

I have been to this company a few times and every time I am there they are extremely friendly and super helpful. You can honestly tell they care about their costumers. I have used the “store” part of Alpine Rent All and I have used the rental/event side. In the store they were so helpful. They got me everything I needed and made sure all my concerns were handled and answered all of my questions. I used them for my kids birthday party as well for rentals. They were there on time, set up everything to my likings, the equipment was super clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The event side was amazing as well. He contacted me often to see how I was doing, show me some ideas, he was honest on what I needed and didn’t (which saved me money) and I could contact him after store hours with any concerns. If I had any problems he dropped everything he was doing at the time (even at home) and came to my rescue. I will only use alpine rent all in the future and I hope they go nation/world wide so everyone can enjoy them!!! Thanks Alpine Rent All!!!

The staff here is great. We made our reservation very late and they still made it work for our day. They came from Grand Rapids to Whitehall and were even earlier then we talked about. Which is good; very punctual especially for an event. From the equipment to the management and workers it is a very professional, cost friendly and reliable business. Highly recommend.

Alpine Events refused to return our deposit after having to cancel our wedding because of COVID-19. My fiancé and I have both lost our jobs and that money could go to help buy food and keep lights on while we are out of work even in a time of global crisis they refuse to help on any level. Be aware they don’t care about the community they claim to serve. Also they removed my last response to their terrible customer service.

Corey and his crew did an amazing job helping us, at Destination Consultants, to create a custom, corporate event, for our clients by providing so many beautiful products for us and installing them in a timely fashion. From having available the wider 48 x 8ft banquet tables, beautiful mahogany chairs, to the large tents, and stage....everything was top notch. Very disappointed with the service department here. I worked with Jon for service on my zero turn, and after a week and a half (when the tractor was supposed to be done) I called to check on it. I was told it would be worked on the next day. The following day I hear back and was told (among other things) I need a starter which I told them I needed when it was dropped off. I authorized the repair and was told it would be a few more days. A week later I get a call and they tell me a starter was not available. REALLY!? I would have loved to know this a week ago so I could have taken it to another dealer. Three weeks with little progress and will need to find another service repair company. I am giving a 3 star because they did sharpen my blades and changed the oil during this time. At least that is done.

About a week ago we rented a 40x100 ft. Tent from Alpine rentals for our wedding at Fallasburg Park and we couldnt be happier or more please with the way everything turned out. The tent was very nice and suited the needs of what it was used for. Finally, Alpine was kind and curtious and very nice to work with. Highly recommend Alpine :)

Rented the riding lawn mower twice and the refuse to change the blades and I mean the blade are hit. And tried to rent it again today asked if the blades were changed and he said no there not worrying about it. Lost my business

I needed a sod cutter this weekend and they reserved one with no problem. However, 3 cuts into the job, the thing broke. It was Saturday evening, store was closed and I was MAD! I left a note on sales quote space since I couldnt find another way to message them. Immediately a guy called me, (Carry i think it was) he was super kind, very professional and set up a replacement cutter for the next morning. Not only that, when I returned it they refunded part of the rental for my trouble. Awesome guys. Would absolutely rent again.

Horrible Experience! I called and reserved a helium tank and nozzle about 5 days before I needed it. They said they would have it ready for me to pick up on Saturday morning. When I got there in the morning, they had the tank but no nozzle so I couldnt fill the balloons I needed for the wedding. Therefore, it left me running around trying to find a plan B.Normally, I wouldnt write a bad review for a onetime event like this because I understand mistakes happen. However, I witness that this was not a onetime deal. They also did not have the reserved equipment for the person in front of me. I will never rent from this place again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Brought in a Stihl ms 291 due to poor performance, still covered by warranty, got a work order that estimated 10 days for tune up and repair. Called 14 days later, they still hadnt even started working on the saw, said they would have it done the next day at the latest. Came by the shop the next day and they said they still had two other saws to fix before they could get to it. This is the second Stihl dealer that has disappointed me greatly with their service, the first being Rylees Ace Hardware taking an even longer time on a fuel tank vent recall on an fs-40 c-e. I thought Stihl only worked with dealers that provide quality service. What gives?
