Far and away the BEST customer service Ive experienced in a long while. I would have given them 6 ⭐s, if only the rating scale had allowed for it! In using them,I found them to be very prompt, professional, & courteous. I would most DEFINITELY recommend signs 616 for ANY of the services they provide. (Which are many) I recently had the opportunity to meet with the owner from signs 616 and I found her to be absolutely amazing! She is professional, supports other local Small businesses, and takes a great deal of pride in her efforts to do so. Ive found that she will go well above and beyond what anyone would expect. As an owner myself, Ive always supported local small business when in the market for a particular product and/or service that Ive needed. I generally have always been very pleased when doing business with the smaller guy per-say. So, when it came time for me to shop around for an ad sign to place outside of my building for which i could advertise my grand opening day,I did my due diligence & researched a couple of local sign rental businesses in the area from whom I contemplated using for my needs. Upon speaking with them, signs 616 was the only one willing and able to meet my time constraints and demands. So i decided to use them to kickstart my opening day, and in hindsight, I no doubt made the perfect choice. Let me elaborate.....The delivery man who placed my sign, arrived at the EXACT time i had requested him to be at my location, and he was extremely helpful in communicating with me as to where he thought my sign should be best placed as for it to get noticed and to unlock the signs maximum buying power if you will. He actually positioned my sign in a way that allowed for EVERYONE that drove or walked by my storefront to notice it, & where in turn generate new customers for me. I found him to be very helpful and professional. I could sense that he truly cared about my future success as a new business, and his pride in what he did was on full display. I also have to mention that there was probably a good 8 to10 inches of fresh snow on my property from a formidable storm that we had just gotten handed to us from the michigan winter weather over the weekend, so I knew it was going to be extremely difficult, (if not impossible) for him to maneuver my sign into place through that amount of snow and ice. To my surprise, he had ZERO issues, and he safely set my sign in an area where we both had agreed upon. its all about pleasing the customer he said...WOW! I thought....talk about great customer service!! The whole experience I had from Signs 616 was phenomenal! From the first initial phone call, to delivery, payment,and lastly pick-up. Signs 616 made the ordering process painlessly simple and quick. From start to finish, It was as easy as me telling them what i wanted my sign to read, and then the date that I requested for delivery of said sign. They handled all the rest. They even have online pay as a convenient payment option which i found to be very useful. I just CANNOT say enough good things about Signs 616. I also found them to be reasonably priced. For roughly the price of a cup of coffee per day, the sign I had rented from them did WONDERS for my new business in bringing foot traffic into my front door. I couldnt have done it without them! What a tremomdous resource they provide! Its now difficult for me to keep a sufficient amount of inventory on my store shelves! (Which isnt really a bad thing i guess!.. lol)... Its not surprising that they have successfully been in business for over 14 years, while serving all types of businesses (both big AND small) Birthdays, weddings, anniversarys, graduations, etc. etc. They do it all, and not just sign rentals. Its also my understanding that they do vinyl graffix, banners, decals, stickers, and all kinds off different ad niches!
