I went here for fork lift certification prior to employment. The front desk was very helpful in giving me directions to the assessment area. James Harlan is great at what he does. Hes tough but for good reason. A very real guy. Dont chew up his cones!

They always screw up your paychecks, and it is such a hassle to get them to pay you properly. its a never-ending battle to get your own money which is ridiculous. greedy company trying to keep your money I guess. do not recommend working for them.

I went in an thought everyone was very nice and passed the test then was asked if i could stay to get my certification on the forklift, and that it would take about 2 hours. I figured okay that sounds good but i have work in about 3.5 hours so i wouldnt want to stay too long. Went in and waited to take the test. The instructor or trainer or whatever his job title was was super rude. Made fun of people who didnt do well on the test and made very rude remarks towards me i guess because i was quiet and didnt add to his random ramblings with the rest of the people there. Instead of actually doing his job he just talked about random topics that had nothing to do with the job. And gave his life story about how he got there which i did not care for. I just wanted to hurry up and get certified. Did i mention he was rude? Him alone is the reason why i would NEVER work for this company. Made me uncomfortable the entire 3 hours i had to sit there. A 2 hour class turned into 3 hours because of some old guy talking about a bunch of randomness that had nothing to do with anything. I passed the test but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and i refuse to go back, i hope other people have a better experience.

Great people to talk with about job placement. And their forklift and pallet jack certification process is really good and precise at finding out what skill level you are. They keep it honest and real. Great job placement company.

Wouldn’t recommend working here if you’re afraid of not getting a paycheck. Sounds crazy but after reading prior reviews I wasn’t expecting a check, but proudly I did. I worked here for a few and the workers in the office needs to be fired. There’s not a thing in the world wrong with working for PROLOGISTIX it’s the PEOPLES at this company that ruins its reputation. If you’re considering working for this company make sure you get a pay card because if you don’t ask for one you don’t get one. All they care about is sticking you on an assignment. Been with this company over 3 years. As for the slob looking beer bellied unprofessional and rude ladies in the front office at the grand prairie location, u can tell their lives are miserable inside so they take it out on people honestly trying to find work. Worst experience ever and i definitely will be taking this to another level.

If I could give prologistix zero stars then I would. Alma my prologistix supervisor lied and said she was going to pay me and didnt now the prologistix office is closed and its Saturday. I’ll never work for this company again due to supervisors Alma and Latricia they’re extremely rude and refuse to pay you. I haven’t got paid yet but best believe I will worst company ever I’m so glad it is passed me now on to bigger and better things.

I applied for a warehouse job and got a confirmation Email for a scheduled interview a week prior to the date of the interview. No one bothered to call me. If I take the time out of my day to put in an application, at the very least I expect you to be professional enough to call or text me during the scheduled time of the interview. I am giving them 3 stars because I am neutral right now. I just got a job with them and so far so good. The only reason I wanted to write a review is because I read that someone else said they dont do direct deposit. They do. You have to ask and if they dont want to help you, the customer service for the paycard they give you will help you set it up.

Ive had many issues with all of pro logistic locations one they actually hung up on me too they never sent me an e-mail of a position I was supposed to start this morning with the details of where I was supposed to report to and calling them is a huge headache I actually recorded one of their conversations where theyre like oh give them time Im like no this is not okay this is not how you treat people your entire job and agency is supposed to help people find work and you guys cant even do that they get you guys get paid to do what really I dont understand companies could save himself a lot of money its a by past you guys and just directly hired on their own where do the ys think twice before applying with them

I worked for them before and the women at the office at N Beach st Fort Worth Tx are very nice when you start but once they have you on the pay roll they are very rude to you when you are asking questions about your pay or where to go for your next job. I 100% will not ever work for them again. They just gave me and my wife attitude when we had question. Do not recommend if you are looking for work. At least not that location.

Theyre very unprofessional,rude, and not helpful at all. Took them almost a week to get me into a position. And then on my first day was sent home after 3 hours. The next day I was sent home after clocking in because they had no work for me. And then again after 3 hours of the job I was hired for,they wanted to send me to a different department. I decided to tell the supervisor that if she didnt have anything for me to do in the department I was hired for I would be leaving. Texted my recruiter what was happening and was told the next day they were dropping me. When I was told NOT to work an assignment that I was not hired to do or that I wasnt comfortable doing. Two of the people were also whispering and pointing at me and my sister when we went in for a job. Which was rude. Do not go here its a waste of time.

I wish there were negative star ratings. Ive been working for this place almost a month and half of it i havent been getting paid on time. Supposed to be paid on Friday and didnt get paid until the following Tuesday. The people doesnt care. They are rude. I had to go up there and demand someone get my money NOW! BEWARE! This is not a professional business and i dont recommend you work for this place. Not to mention they will not process your direct deposit. Instead they give you a paycard thats hell to get money from. Walmart will not withdraw from this card.

I was blocked out of the system for working . I was sent to an assignment last minute. I wasn’t explained that I needed my own water bottle . I almost passed out on several occasions. It was too hot for me and not to have any water . There was no cups of water on site . For lunch I went and told my staffing agent I couldn’t go back . I was experiencing headaches and stomach pain badly. I later learned that those were symptoms Of a heat stroke. I don’t mind working just wish I knew before hand the type of place I was working and also that I need to bring my own water bottles. This isn’t right for someone to be blocked out the system because their life was on the line. This is no way for a company to treat their employees.

This staffing agency is great!! Everyone in the office is very professional and made me feel like family. The worked hard to find me a great position. Very thankful for the help they gave me!!

There are many other temp services that do their jobs better than these incompetent folks. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They are highly unprofessional, rude, and do not communicate with their employees or follow up with their applicants. Applied for a position they posted on indeed 4 months ago. Went in for a drug test and was told I would be contacted. Never happened. Tried for over 4 months to speak with them. Left messages. Never recieved a call back. You cant even call their office directly. They forward their calls to a whole separate company who takes messages for them. They will respond to you if they feel you are worth their time and when they feel like it. They ignored me over 4 months. Was finally able to speak with someone and was told I would have to come in and fill out a whole new application and bring them my ID and Social Security Card. They lost all of my information. And then gave me an excuse that made absolutely no sense. And yes,t lady they have at the front desk has a serious attitude and is extremely rude. I had to catch myself. Im surprised someone hasnt knocked her out yet . You dont treat or speak to people like that. If you dont like your job and its effecting how you treat people🤷 Maybe you need to look for something else. And I also have formed the Impression from other folks I have talked to who applied at this particular office, these people are racist against Blacks. Maybe all prologistix are not like this or have these issues but the people at the Grand Prairie office messed it up for me. I will neverapply at this office or for this company ever again.

I wanted to post this review because I have read the negative comments that others have written. My experience with Prologistix has been very good and very pisitive. I would challenge anyone reading reviews of this company to form their own opinions! I have been treated well from day one! Starting with Mr James, who I had an instant connection with. He is not only great at what he does, he genuinely cares about the young ones that come through there, and offers great words of wisdom to them! Janet Ortiz...I can not offer enough Thank You to her. I am on a great assignment, with a great company, because she cares!!! The receptionist...she rocks! To all the haters...maybe who you should check, is yourself! I am greatful to have found them in my hour of need! 🙏

They place jobs online as being ACTIVE just to get ppl in to apply DO NOT go to apply they only want to give higher paying jobs to their “Own” believe I’ve heard their conversations. It’s a complete SCAM and said I have to be bilingual, I am bilingual I speak French and English! That’s bilingual! Reporting them to the BBB.

They are absolutely no help and a waste of time i just called inquiring information on a position i was told they had available all they did was update my availability in their system and told me they will call in two days. they gave me no information on the job or how to apply what so ever.

Worst experience ever! Total run around and a waste of my time. GP rep was rude and unhelpful. I applied online, went to the Carrollton ofc job fair, they sent me to the GP ofc for the job I was interested in. I called the GP ofc for job clarification and the rep said my appl was inactive and did not try in any way to help me.

Smh, this place is horrible ans you would of think I knew better to schedule and interview with a company that when I called in to check on a job that was on their OWN web page they constantly tell you to go onto to look at jobs. I called to ask about a job posting ans the lady had no IDEA what I was even talking about. I should have knew right then these people didnt have it together first RED FLAG (UNPROFESSIONAL). I hate I referred people here who have also had bad experiences with Jordon, the first impression of the company since she is the first person right when you walk in the door to greet people. This is the only temp in Grand Prairie that I have ever been to that has people with attitude issues and I dont understand why? Were just people who want to work is it a crime.Then one of the people I referred to them they called and cancelled their appointment 30 minutes b4 time for him to arrive. Now if your workers do that theyll be fired,quick, smh. Now how is this acceptable to your workers so saddd.And they never finish anything the same day come back tomorrow or set another appointment to come back for other paper work. People I dont have gas to keep coming back youre waisting peoples time and being very very unprofessional all we want to do is work. Out of the 20+ years Ive lived in Grand Prairie Ive never had an experience like this with a temp company out here. Another thing you should have more available appointments or get more computers. Learn the true DEFINITIONS OF treating your associates with courtesy, dignity, and respect as a priority.

They will change your pay rate under contract, when they feel like it.......better off going to the place where you would like to work

First of all, they’re rude and have an attitude IF YOURE BLACK DONT APPLY! I went for an interview for an office position and I took a drug test and some testing online. When I was done they had me sit there for a while. Then they decided to tell me the position was filled. they could have called me and told me that. Or maybe it’s because I wasn’t Hispanic, I’m sure that’s who get all the jobs since the whole office is. This place is trash.

Unprofessional, rude, and will not pay u your money on time. I worked one week and had to wait 3 weeks to get paid for it when they get paid every week, all because DHL site mgr forgot to turn my time in. Asked for branch number, corporate, supervisors but they constantly referred me back to the same person who forgot to turn my hours in. If this company could get zero stars they would receive nothing from me. But after you read my review look at the rest of the reviews from others and u be the judge. No one has nothing nice to say about this location. Very bad for business.

Alison at the Grand prairie Texas location is very rude and talk to you crazy. Ive never been employed with this company and never will be. This temp agency LIES. Also they are not doing well right now. I kept getting text messages telling me they are hiring and have jobs. They direct you to call into their corporate office at a nine one seven number. When you call the person you speak to has been trained to act like shes just checking over your application and then she goes into this very aggressive push for leads. She starts quizzing you on your past jobs saying they need someone with warehouse experience in the last 18 months and then demanding to know the names of the companies (to try and gain leads) and threatening you that you wont be hired if you dont give them the names of the places you worked for. Thats awful to do to people. This agency must be really desperate. I dont believe they are doing well financially because their calls also are rolling over to their corporate office.

The staff was extremely polite, they were also straight and to the point about what was being offered, I would definitely refer friends.

They really try to make sure you get placed and continue working. Great customer service.

Horrible person in charge of certification , His Name is JAMES. goes outside and smokes a cigarrete while people are doing a driving test and doesnt even pay attention , Extremely unprofessional.Got kicked out for starting written forklift test early , and at the end of the day JAMES didnt even know what forklift equipment i was getting certified for. Wasted my days going here.

Ive been calling every single day for the past 2 months for a start date for their DHL client and everyday they tell me that their recruiter is out at the moment but shell call me when she gets a chance. Noone has ever called back and it has been two months. But theyre all over craigslist, and I get automated messages everyday saying that theyre hiring. Terrible business, do not waste your time!!!

Been 3 weeks almost a month and still didn’t get a call about background. Was going there almost everyday for work n still none . The process here is slow! They told us about a job and turned out we was never in the employee system. We needed up just going to the Fort Worth Prologistix and came out with a actually assignment.
