Normally with temp agencies they send you leads on positions after you register with them. The recruiter Cathryn has done absolutely nothing to help my job search. She takes days to respond back on job leads that mind you I have to send her,and does absolutely nothing to assist me in my job search. I will never recommend anyone to the location in the Arlington area. As soon as I find a corporate number I’ll be filing a complaint.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have dealt other temporary agencies in other states that were professional kind and respectful of others. I just got off the phone NORMA let me tell you about her when she talks to you every other word out of her mouth is like .. she talks down to you instead of the willingness to help you . She claims to be the office manager. NORMA us very good in talkingdown to you. Just beware.

This is my first time going through a temp agency. I didnt know what to expect but my experience has been a positive one. I signed up on a Tuesday and was sent out on an interview that Friday. Monday I was offered a temp to permenent position. Temp salary is good and I look forward to a permanent offer with increased salary.

Very helpful, the wait time is a little long but understandable for how many people the staffers need to individually talk to and take assessments. I have yet to actually get a temp job myself but know many others who got theirs immediately, it just depends on what available. They’re very understanding and will do their best to get a right fit for you.

Im so relieved to know that I wasnt the only one who had an issue with Jamie. I was promised a temp to hire warehouse job over in the Fort Worth area, which wasnt bad at all, I actually liked how chill it was over there and they paid very well. The only problem was that it wound up being only a less than one week long gig. I didnt find any of this out until I received a lovely voice message saying that my assignment was complete. And then not too long ago, they called me again, asking me to do some kind of one day park cleanup gig here in Arlington. Unfortunately, due to the facts that my only means of transportation (Via) was running slow as usual and that I was having a hard time finding the bloody section that I was supposed to have been working in, I wound up receiving a call from the agency, asking me where I was, etc. But, once I did finally manage to find said section, I was told by the park staff that no one else showed up and one person wasnt going to be enough, so they told me to just come back the next day. Yet, somehow my recruiter had the audacity to tell me that I had missed my assignment. When really that wasnt the case at all... yes, I did show up late, but nobody else was there, so even if I did show up on time, they still wouldve cancelled anyways. So, there really wasnt an assignment for me to miss. Dont waste your time with this agency... theyre unprofessional, dishonest and unethical.

I went all the way to the Arlington office and ot was a waste of my time. First of all I was told I just needed to fill out new hire paper work, and give copies of my identity, and get start date time. They were very misleading, I had to wait for a background check, and take a drug test which I had no problems with any of that, I just under the impression that I was coming out to do new hire doc. and get my start date. That was over a week ago and I still havent started working. I called them and they said that everything was good on my end and that they were just waiting on the client to give me a start date. Well I still havent heard anything from them so Im guessing that they have decided to move on with other candidates, even though I was very well qualified.

Great Experience! In one weeks time, Erica Dunlap with Cornerstones Professional Placement Division scheduled me two interviews at two different companies. Just two hours after the second interview, Erica called to inform me the company was ready to make an offer! My first day at my new job was 2 days later; and the match has been a perfect fit for both parties.I had filled out 150+ applications within 2 months of having graduated with a BBA in Marketing and had yet to receive any kind of response, even with 12 years of grocery retail management experience. My first time working with CornerStone. Their policy states if they cant get a hold of your 2 references they will have you rescheduled, but not true. I knew my refs would be hard to get a hold of but I was able to continue my interview process and supply them with proof when I got home. They havent placed me anywhere and its been a week. I did have to sit for an hour before I was even seen. They arent kidding when they say its a 3 hour process. I mean whats the point of an appointment if a walk in is seen before you.

They had me reschedule twice only to ultimately provide false information. They had me wait for two hours before I was seen. What is the point of an appointment. This was unprofessional. They wasted my time, my most valuable commodity. I was not the only one waiting for an excessive amount of time that day. They offered no apology or explanation. Unless you are at the end of your options, do not bother. I would give them a 0 if I could.

Werent very helpful in my job search. Came in 3 weeks ago spoke to Jamie who was very rude and didnt seem interested in helping me at all. Told me because of some attendance issues in 2010 she would have to call my references & get back to me. I checked with my references & they havent called a single 1 yet. For something that happened in 2010 to be the straw that broke the camels back, when I came to them in 2015 Norma was great with my then job search. 3 weeks havent had a callback yet. Next time just say you dont want to help me. Im now going through a more professional staffing service & theyre great.

Conclusion: I would not come here. They employ typical bait and switch tactics, stuff Ive seen other shady firms do. Was not qualified for the basic call center job they posted, even with a college degree and a year of call center experience.The one call center they were recruiting for (I managed to peek at the address) had *ungodly* reviews.The vibe of the place is catty and awkward. The recruiter was not very helpful, just kind of withheld information, talked down, and glared at me.I would honestly just skip it. Dont waste your time with these folks.

This is my first time using a temp service, and my experience has not been pleasant. The actual building on post and paddock is immaculate and professional. Although, my process of finding employment through cornerstone has been unsuccessful. It has been three weeks with no success or job placement. I have a Bachelors’ degree and a stable work history for the last ten years, yet I was unable to be placed.

Awful, got invited to interview after sending in my application and resume for a help desk job. After Ive filled out all the papers and assessments in person they tell me I cant even interview for the job and that I needed prior experience SPECIFICALLY in help desk... Why did you invite me to interview then after seeing my application (where I fill out my previous work history) and seeing my resume?

I had an excellent experience on yesterday at CornerStone Staffing in Arlington Texas. I had an awesome recruiter named Amber Ludtke . The entire experience was very professional and Amber made me feel like I matter to her. Amber was very helpful in placing me with a Co. right away. She revised my resume for me. I would like to thank her in advance for all her hard work and great people skills.

Went into the Fort Worth office at 9am. By 9:45am the small room they have for applicants to fill out paper work was full with 11-15 people. Why was I not notified of the Arlington office?! Would of saved me the 30 minute drive to an interview that didnt even happen. After sitting with Tiffany Tucker for less than 10 minutes i was advised they were waiting for a job reference from my previous employer. I gave them about 2 days to get their stuff together before I called them back. The front desk clerk could not get me off the phone fast enough! She had an obvious annoyed tone in her voice dismissed me with well call you when we receive it, ok? Its been 2 weeks and no call from them yet. After responding to another one of their postings they sent me another SCRIPTED email insisting I drive 30 minutes again to their Fort Worth office. Waste of time.

I met with Rebecca, I was reading a script for a job and while I was reading.. she stopped me and told me to repeat a word again. And automatically told me I wasn’t a good fit for the position... instead of me finishing the script, she should’ve waited and told me, “I’m sorry but we looking for a better candidate.” I feel like she was rude and unprofessional... I think it’s very discriminating, the job I applied for have a lot of foreign people where you can’t barely understand them. But told me I’m not a good fit because I couldn’t say a word correctly.

I moved to Arlington on a Monday from Louisiana and went into CornerStone Staffing on that Tuesday. By Thursday of the same week I had an interview and got the job on Friday. This was the best staffing agency experience Ive ever had. By the way it was a really sweet lady by the name of Angel that helped me.

The staffing recruiter I spoke with at the location on highway 360 was very condescending and rude. I will not come back to this location. This company tries to act professional and fair, but its filled with White women who are on power trips.All you have to do is look at how theyre responding to people who have had bad experiences on here.
