Will be reporting to cooperate an the better business bureau. They refuse to fix the bathroom after calling them multiple times. They have lied and said they were going to fix it and haven’t did nothing. It’s been for 3 months of asking. They keep trying to delete my review. But I will keep putting it back

It was very hard getting anyone to answer the office phone. I just moved in. No cockroaches so far, which is what we all care about really. For $1,050.00 one bedroom, I was hoping not to find stains on the carpet or it smelling like cat urine. Food in the fridge and a stained bathtub. Place does not come with a W/D, just hookup. You do pay for water. Its 2 mi. from my job so Im saving a lot on gas which was my reason for choosing the Landings.

I am super grateful for how well-kept and professionally-ran this complex is. It is tailored to me and my dogs needs and we both love it here. Priscilla has been nothing but helpful and made my application process so seamless and she is always ready to assist if I have any questions. Management like this is what makes apartment living a great experience.

We have been living here since March 2021, we are a military family that was station in Virginia Beach VA. My husband who was active duty was transitioning out, this is why we moved to the area. We searched SEVERAL apartment homes before picking landings. The pictures we seen online and where sent (3 bedroom 2 bath, first floor apartment) looked great for the price. Kitchens looked to be a decent size, and nice upgrades and pretty over all nice apartment. Things where great when we first arrived, other then the fact the kitchen is EXTREMELY small, there is no pantry and barely any cabinet space. There’s no extra storage any place other then the master closet, each room has a okay sized closet as well and there is also a small storage closet out on the patio. The rooms are decent sized and fit quite a bit including a lot of my kitchen stuff. I had to make a “makeshift pantry in our master bedroom closet for our dry food. Our main bathroom, has the air conditioner unit is in the ceiling (which is normal for some apartments) but the problem is, it’s leaking rust water down into the bathtub which has in turn made the entire bathtub and wall a rust color. My children will not take a bath in there. We called maintenance and they said there wasn’t really anything they could do, and they would mark it down in our file so we wouldn’t be charged any cleaning fees or fees for the stains, which are pretty massive as the bathtubs are older and porcelain. The next issue we have is our upstairs neighbors, they moved in about a month after we did. They have been extremely inconsiderate, stomping all hours of the night, their child jumps off of everything and has on several occasions knocked pictures off the wall. This is happening all hours of the day from sun up until sun up the next day. We have been to the office several times, pounded one the ceilings and NOTHING seems to phase them, they also smoke weed inside their home and my home CONSISTENTLY smells like weed (I have no problem with it just not my jam) I have a newborn in my home and I’d just prefer my home not smell like weed when there is a balcony. The community is pretty well kept considering the amount of people who throw their trash EVERYWHERE.. The pool, workout area, track around the community, club house, and covered parking spots are all kept nice. Water isn’t included in your rent you pay is separate and will run you anywhere from $80-102 as it’s calculated buy the size of your apartment divided by the number of units and that’s how they will decide what your water bill is which almost every month is higher then my electricity bill. The office staff for the most part is amazing and nice, they have responded in a timely manner to issues we’ve had (including the ones stated above) Overall for the money I would suggest looking some place else. Our rent with water included is right around $1900 a month. These apartments are extremely high priced for the overall layout, lack of storage and lack of sleep I am getting from extremely inconsiderate neighbors above me.

I moved into the Landings of Carrier Parkway in SEP 2005 which makes next month my 16 year anniversary. After having lived in far too many poorly managed complexes, LOCP was a god-send. Sometimes I want to keep all the great aspects about it to myself like my own little prized secret gem - However it takes good people to make a community. The hope is to attract more like-minded people that want quiet, well maintained property, assigned parking, caring, responsive management, prompt repairs and more. I believe Im now the longest tenant here and can honestly say Ive only ever run into 3 incidents with a neighborhood that I had to involve management. Once around 2008, once around 2012, and other time was today. Manager promptly handled the situations fairly and professionally for all involved and never had a problem again. Theyre very protective of our property and care about the happiness and safety of us, the tenants. They dont tolerate rulebreakers. Theyre fair and will work with you if you act right and in good faith. Today I was esp. pleased with how our management handled a misunderstanding. She quickly addressed it and made sure concerns were resolved. Again after so many other landlords elsewhere in the past, its amazing and refreshing to have management that responds appropriately. Ive often thought about buying a home, but LOCP works hard to keep rent prices fair, they take care of repairs immediately, and the grounds are maintained on regular schedule. Its hard to walk away from such excellent living. The community does rely on good people doing the right thing which were fortunate to have here at The Landings. Management also plays a key role in keeping the harmony.

I love and location Laundromat just walking distance Up the street.Positive office employees.I love the layout of the apartments.And its in betweenTwo complexes 55 and up, which allows Me to feel safe. The area is reasonably quiet Because the kids have a ball court to play at.

We love living here. We had recently moved out and came back because our living experience outside of the landings is not the same. We love our management they are always on top of everything and residents needs Priscilla is always willing to help and work with our circumstances and is very understanding as well as Corina. This is what all apartment communities need a management like them. If there’s anything we need or work order is taken care within the time frame that is promised. I highly recommend this apartment community if you would like to live comfortably and if you want a calm and secure environment...

Well kept complex and friendly professional staff. Priscilla has been more than helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had any questions about moving in and even went above and beyond to to ensure everything would be complete and to my liking. Easiest move I’ve ever had.

She was also very pleasant to deal with personally. I was very pleased with the apartments shown to me as well as the grounds. I highly recommend as a great place to live, the amenities are excellent everything is always clean, the dog park and track are a major plus!!! I recently just moved in and Priscilla did an outstanding job from the time I applied, got approved, and moved in. Priscilla kept me informed and updated throughout my moving process. She put everything at ease for me and was very professional. Even after I moved she called to make sure everything within my apartment was up to my liking. The staff is very helpful and nice! Im all for good customer service! I love the amenities and walking track. The gym may need some love, but thats cool the yoga studio is cool. The community is clean and the neighbors are nice. I love that my daughter can run freely outdoors.*Side note: Dont have any packages delivered to your door. Someone opened my package and took everything, and left the box.Other than that its a great place.

I am relocating from Alabama in October and after visiting this property today i am happy to say that i have found exactly where i want to call home. Priscilla was very helpful and professional. The apartments are very quiet and very beautiful. I’ve lived here going on a month and absolutely love it here. Very convenient by the highway and down the street from retail. Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet and wonderful place to live. I really like the apartment complex. I moved in 6 months ago and at first I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews. However, those comments where because of the last management company, since then a new one has taken over and its been so good. The staff is comprehensive and the work orders get done at a timely manner. The precises are nice and I specially love the walking track. The apartments itself are spacious and at a pretty good price compare to other apartments close by. The apartments are also located to the growing 161 Hwy, you are close to many things.

The assistant maintenance, Spencer, was very polite and did a great job when he came and completed my work order. He was very helpful and answered my questions and concerns. The property is peaceful for me

I have been here for 3 years going on 4. I love this apartment complex, I feel safe, they are spacious, clean office, and they keep up the grounds. Carina, Delisha, & Priscilla are so sweet, they always have a great attitude, they are ready and excited to meet your needs or concerns. Very friendly / Family atmosphere. I love changes they are making with the updates, because my first year here was pretty rough, because they were independently owned and they just made up prices and charged for every little thing. I do hate the fact they dont rent out the clubhouse any more. Some changes were good and some didnt need be changed, but hey overall its an amazing place to live! The staff, grounds, & community feels like home. Plus the staff make me want to stay, I like them😊 Their customer service is A+ you want be disappointed! Its a great place to live!

I love my apartment and the place is always clean. Any time I have a maintenance order they come out fast and the staff in the office are really nice. They make you feel like you are friends and care about us and our issues, not just another number. Would love to see the gym a little more up to date. But other than that it’s really nice!!

Great property! The floor plans that I viewed were just my style and had no problem finding what I was looking for here. Anyone wanting to move in to the perfect apartment knows that it can sometimes be stressful finding what you are searching for in the perfect place. Nice place to live, well kept and friendly staff. Our dogs very much enjoyed the park here. Ended up having to leave early due to personal reasons and the management was very helpful and understanding with us. Would definitely recommend this place for a home.

I have been a tenant for a little over a year now. In my time I have had a few issues, each more poorly handled than the last. I reached out to the office staff again, and per usual, I receive no call back, and of course no one is ever available to answer the phone. Lets start with my first issue, apartment above me floods, maintenance team handle it right away(they are fantastic, nothing but positive things to say about the maintenance team). A few months later my apartment floods again, and again due to the neighbors above me. The 2nd time a machine was placed in my apartment to dry the water in the walls along with 2 giant fans for 3 days. I got a hotel the 1st night, the 2nd night the area was sold out due to Hurricane Luara so I had to stay in my apartment. I had asked specifically for the staff to call me to give me an update on what was going on with the unit. Again NO ONE EVER called me, NO ONE EVER answered the phone or responded to my emails! I had to stay the night in my unit and ended up going to the ER with nose bleeds so severe, I was pouring blood into towels, of course this was a direct result to the machines that were being used in my unit. Why Was I never notified of the dangers of these machines during my Stay? 1 phone call is all this would have taken. Lets fast forward to present day. The left entrance gate has been down for over a week. Cement does not take 7 days to dry. during my extended time at this property the gate has not worked but all of 2 weeks, and now its just closed so I am forced to drive all the way around the entire property. I have almost been hit 3 times in this parking lot, I witnessed a car almost hit a CHILD because how fast they were driving. This is dangerous and unprofessional, there are no speed limit signs posted, and due to low Occupants cars just drive around the speed bumps with no care. I expected better from this property. Extremely un-happy with the management team!

I love living here. Maintenance is always on time. Very quiet and safe. The office staff are very helpful especially Priscilla, her customer service skill are excellent. Will recommend anyone to live here.

Lived at the property for a little under 2 years. Very quiet and the office staff is very accommodating, and always willing to work with you. Very nice neighbors. Ground were well maintained and clean. The only bad thing for me was the parking (not all buildings). My building was kind of tucked away so close parking spots were limited when you had to bring groceries in. Only other downfall for me was the increase in price every time it was time to renew, would prefer more updated appliances and cabinets. Overall great experience! Great staff, maintenance was good with emergencies.

She made me feel right at home and gave me a tour of the property. The complex was everything I was looking for and I loved the community. I was so sad we had to relocate... but I can definetely recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a safe, (overall) clean, and friendly apartment. As a young, college female student, I have always wanted to live in a place i consider safe, and I was beyond impressed when I got lucky to find these apartment. They can be a bit pricey but to me it was worth it since I felt safe and taken care of. Something you will never have to worry about is PARKING..they had too much parking always available... and I can say with all certanty that I NEVER SAW A COCKROACH!!! (And i wasnt the best best cleaner) haha.... #also you rarely see your neighbors 🤣 also shoutout to Priscilla and karina for helping us during covid hard times...God bless this apt

Love this property! The location is perfect for me since I work from the airport and I have family and friends in Dallas and Arlington. Im seconds away from Bush and a few minutes away from 30. The Landings is a great place to call home. The landings are great for a single man or woman and also a family. This is a very peaceful place to live and the office staff and maintenance are very attentive to your needs. Im 31 years old, Im single with no children and this is by far the best place Ive ever lived.

Im rounding out my second contract, and I have been nothing but impressed by my time here. Being a gated community with several courtesy officers, you really cant get much safer. The employees are always helpful and willing to take care of you, even going so far as to help me fix my flat tire a few weeks ago. Any issues that arise are quickly taken care of by the maintenance team. All in all, Im very comfortable in saying that I will be here for the next several years, and I recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a clean, safe, and beautiful place to live.

I have been at these apartments since January 2017 . The office staff is super friendly and are always willing to work with you . The apartment have a nice modern style in the inside and are up to date. I love the gated community makes me feel safe. The neighbors are quiet it is not a very loud complex which is also what I like.

I’ve lived here for 4 years with my family, and it has been a flawless experience. Every single staff member is helpful, pleasant, and put the customer first.The apartments are clean, safe, well maintenanced, and quite frequently given touch ups internally and externally to ensure proper upkeep.I have never had an issue with any maintenance request I’ve submitted, and the jobs requested are completed thoroughly and timely.Flat out, it’s a really great place to live with great people behind its day to day operations.Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

I have lived in many different apartments in the Dallas area but I have never have encountered staff and management that makes sure the tenants needs are met and treated fairly. I recommend Landings of Carrier Parkway to anyone looking for reasonably priced apartments in a Great neighborhood that is quiet well kept and minutes away from restaraunts and entertainment in the Dallas area. Giving them a 1 star because they tried to keep our deposit when we didnt pass the application process. Went to office to collect our deposit & was told by mgmt that we forfeited our deposit when 1 of the persons applying didnt pass the app process. We disagreed, siting we understood we lose the app & processing fees, but Not the $300.deposit. They refused to process our app without us paying the deposit. When I initially declined, they made it clear they would Not process our apps, so I went ahead & paid the $300 deposit.They next day we were told 1 of us didnt pass & that we had forfeited All monies, including our deposit.We were eventually given back our deposit when I threatened to hire an attorney & demanded to see where on their paperwork we had signed agreeing to deposit being forfeited.I cant imagine how many people they have stolen deposits from who havent been wise enough to read everything they signed at this place.

Came out to visit my sister and it was nice out here. Might come live here. Nice place

I lived at this place for 2years and we had a lot of issues with maintenance guys. Plus they go in your apt when not there and I had a bracelet missing and necklace the last month I was moving out. Also we paid the rent on time the 2years and never late and they will find stuff just not to give you deposit back. The apts are really nice but dont trust manager and maintenance guys. I would not recommend this place.

I had no problems staying here. Safe, well maintained, quiet place. Had no problems with neighbors, bugs or management. Id stay here longer, if I didnt have to move out of town.

Worst place to ever live, I lived there for 5 years with no problem until there was a change of management and she just so happen to move in the apartment down stairs I recently had a child he was only 1 and she called the police almost every night stating that she could here him walking and it was disturbing her family. I lived on the third floor for five years with no complaints until she moved in and when I tried to speak with the property manager it was like a big joke. So I moved well here it is now and I am gone away no longer bother any one and I was slapped with 2260 for property damage when my apartment spotless. I would not recommend anyone to move here they are horrible!

I have lived here for many years a great place to live.they take care of you and any needs you have dealing with the complex the office staff are wonderful in helping you out any way they can try the landings you will love it good people.

I legitimately afraid to speak too highly of these apartments because the increased demand could drive up the prices. However Im now working on my 3rd lease so I figure I owe them an honest review.The Landings are located perfectly between Carrier Parkway and PGBT, Just north of Pioneer and South of 30. Everything you need is within a short distance.The rent is comparable to other communities directly on 161 or Pioneer, but the difference is striking.The Landings is incredibly well maintained and always being improved.-The workout facilities are included with your rent, just pay once for a key and youll have access for the duration of your stay.-The pool is closed every Monday (for cleaning) and after 10:00pm but its never too crowded and always clean.-Pet friendly apartments, step outside and enjoy the gorgeous landscaping and youll likely see several friendly dogs all on their leashes. (Note I said SEE, Ive never noticed any barking problems in over 2 years here) There is also a dog park area where you can let your dog off their leash to play more freely.-The community is quiet and noise problems are very rare. If you do have a noise complaint the staff will handle the problem quickly and professionally.-If you want to host a party/get-together the front office community center is available for rent after hours and Ive seen (not heard) some pretty awesome parties happening in the space.-The staff in the front office are delightful and are always happy to see you. If you have any issues they will readily do whatever it takes to resolve them.-Work orders are more often than not resolved the same day they are placed. The maintenance staff are all very friendly and great at what they do.-Parking is plentiful and each apartment comes with a covered parking spot. Additional covered parking is available for modest rent.-After school lunch programs, holiday decorating contests, flag decorations everywhere for Memorial Day, there is always something cool happening at the Landings if you choose to get involved with the community.-The Nicklas Foundation. These apartments were created in an effort to help provide some assistance to families who are in need of organ donations. There are several fully furnished apartments provided to these families. If these apartments seem too good to be true, it is because they are a labor of love from a staff who cares deeply about this cause.Overall I couldnt be happier, this gated community feels like a fresh change of pace compared to other options. If you dont believe me stop by any time and see for yourself why most of us decide to stay once were here.(Note: Im not affiliated with The Landings, just a happy resident)

I lived here 8 months. Unfortunately I had to break my lease for personal reasons or else I would have stayed here. Although I broke my lease, the office staff was very understanding and willing to work out a payment plan with me to pay off all of my fees. The complex is very quite. I was in building 3 and most of the time there was kids running up and down the hallway but it wasnt an all day thing. I never had a flood or leaks, no roaches. I saw one tiny one just one time and had pest control come and never saw one again. During the summer time there are ants that come in from the bushes by the windows. The office is understanding and gets pest control out as soon as they can. Typically every Friday. I used to put baby powder where the ants were coming and it worked like magic. My AC froze up once and maintenance came out to fix it. Lecia has always been our go to office personnel and she is amazing and sweet. The apartments are very well kept inside and have a cute color scheme and crown molding so it doesnt look like your living in a budget inn. Their appliances are well kept up as well. Bathrooms are nice. Closets are awesome. They are huge walk ins. The complex is very strict with certain things so you will get notices on your door but after leaving I understand why they are strict, its because thats how they keep the complex well maintained. I would recommend anyone to live here. Very reasonable prices and well.

Update again * Due to this property having put false reviews on their own property i alert everyone that this property is of low value for deceit. I have submitted a new form with BBB for false advertising of apartment leasing service. It is in report with BBB North Texas. Please anyone create a claim online which only takes 30-45 mins to create a new claim with your own complaint to be involved and to be reimbursed.

It was overall a fair experience. We had a huge ant problem which they attempted to treat but it didnt get rid of the problem. It was the worst in the bathtubs which was gross. We talked with the neighbors who were dealing with much worse problems like cockroaches and such. The staff is nice, no complaints. Our main issues were the ants, the incredibly (CRAZY) noisy upstairs neighbors, and that the six month contract was actually SEVEN months. If you have noisy neighbors you WILL hear it and it WILL drive you nuts. Also, I got tired of stepping over dog poop everywhere and the people here can be real slobs, leaving broken jam bottles on the walkway, soda strewn all over the railways, etc.

Be VERY CAREFUL. I had been approved for a one bedroom Handi-Cap Apartment here. I was quoted $760.00 a month twice, once on the phone, and once in person. After giving them $350.00 Dpst and Admin fees...and filling out all paperwork including 6 months proof of income.. they went up $40.00 on my rent. I lost $100.00 dpst. Had I known they were going to go by my monthly income, I never would have signed.. as I have major hospital bills and student loans. Very Dishonest. They would not let me talk to the office manager to try to work something out. If this is the way they do business before I moved in... I will move elsewhere. Crooks!!

Complaining is not my best. I really dont like to complan but this is absurd. Our microwave has been out of order for over a month a now we went to the office and told them about it so we waited patiently and then after 2 weeks we went again to tell them and still nothing, after a month my husband went again and told us they will fix it sat. But no one came, the thing is, when we missed our payment once bec. The bank was closed (it was holiday) and it was just 1 day when we missed it and they dont have any consideartion about it and so we pay anyways and now they cant even fix the microwave. They are very slow in terms of tenants issue but no consideration if its about tenants payment even 1 day missed and we always pay on time! Im sorry but this is not right! We patiently waited and always ask for it but they dont seems to care.

For some reason i cannot upload photos but trust me, If i could i would rate these apartment 0 stars. The whole staff are corrupted crooks! The website says the security deposit is $250 but when you go to sign all the paperwork $100 of that deposit magically turns into a non-refundable move in fee. I found out online that someone submitted a compliant to the Better Business Bureau in 2016 about them. Even though i dont know the whole story, its not a good sign that someone took the time to submit a compliant to the Better Business Bureau. They have left 5 star reviews AGAIN to raise their ratings which is deceitful. There were countless occasions where britteny would argue and become extremely belligerent with me when i asked the simplest of questions. It was so annoying and irritating i avoided going into the office to keep from cussing her out. I dont know what her problem is, but if you hate your job then quit. They all act like ditsy airheads that have no clue about running an apartment or keeping annoying and noisy upstairs neighbors quiet. I swear there is some kind of buddy system where they favor some people over others. The courtesy officer is a short little ignorant man with an inferiority complex who thinks its ok to try and bully and intimidate people because hes an officer. The people here are nasty. Ive seen bags of fast food trash left in the bushes and empty corona beer glass bottles in the parking lots. The trash cans overflow with trash which attracts some kind of animal from the woods (probably a raccoon) (see picture). The apartments would be average at best if it wasnt for roaches (see picture, its small but it is a nasty roach!). There are no stainless steel appliances, no pantry (which limited cabinet space since i had to store my food in the cabinets), and the counter top was an ugly gray and white cheap looking granite. I was told id have hardwood floors like the model i was shown but it was a lie. A one bed 664 sq ft costs $860 from what i remember seeing when i was packing up my stuff. Im now in a brand new apartment that is barely 2 years old and the lowest price ive seen here for a 1 bed is $960 and 693 sq ft , but i cant name the apartment because Google doesnt allow it. So for about an extra $100 a month you can live in a bigger, more modern, clean, and bug free place with nice hardwood floors, a kitchen island, a washer and dryer, AND a water bill that is metered according to what you use and not what the whole building that youre living in uses. I have saved about $15 a month in the water bill even though i now have a washing machine i use once a week so to me that justifies the slight rent increase. I found a better place than this dump and so can you!

Sorry about the late post....i lived there last year...for a year...the apt are reasonable as far as pricing goes. they are pet friendly, the pet fee was feasible....parking was ok....wasnt too nosy.The only issue I had was that someone who works for the apt, stole money from my apartment, and they also came back to take the rest of the money they left.didnt feel safe after who ever WORKS there stole about 200-300 from my bedroom, it made me paranoid....they came back the second time, after i installed a safe, and after that, i bought cameras.....dont think you will safe from the outside with it being a gated community, when the stealing comes from the people within. they have a key, they can come in at anytime, and apparently they have a lot of time on their hands, since they searched my desk in my bedroom for the money....too bad they couldnt cover their tracks, and didnt have enough sense not to take all of it....wont be recommending this place to anyone.this place gets 1 star!!

Seriously we have seen it all at this place. Which is why people are leaving left, right and center. On a weekly basis we would see moving trucks of people moving out. Also not surprised to see that the people across from us left literally over night. Thank God we are leaving too and not even bothered to finish our lease here it so bad. 1. Privacy, these people find any excuse in the book to access your apartment and things that we as tenants feel we should have a choice in they make it mandatory to access your apartment. To the point that we got suspicious and placed a little camera in the main living area that records only when movement is detected. We were at work with no one home, there was no notice and no note left to say they were going to be in our apartment or that they were there. I received an email as soon as the camera detected someone in our apartment, it was maintenance doing nothing but take pictures of our place. Wait what!!! We were completely freaked out to say the least. Since we have tried to avoid having them enter our apartment as much as we can. 2 They seem to have a budy-budy thing going on here, we have seen so many violations with regards to their rules and regulations and nothing is being done about these violators. Had a chat with a fellow tenant who seem to have the inside scoop and told us flat out if they like you, they allow you to get away with anything. 3 The type of tenants they allow to move in here, some of these people are just plain disgusting! Anything from drugs to littering. Some of the tenants are very bad at littering and leaving stinky messes in breezeways. Saw someone vomit in the breezeway once, they didnt bother to clean up after themselves and it took the landings weeks to clean it up. If we didnt say anything I wonder how long it would have taken them to clean the breezeway. They claim there is a police officer that lives here and they would use it as a big selling point, guess what you hardly ever see the police officer. Random tow trucks make there way in here and come and tow any car they feel and nearly towed the wrong car away. 4 If you have children this place is a big no-no! The speed limit is only indicated on the gate at 10mph some of these people drive like they are still on the toll road, very unsafe with children playing around. 5 Speaking of the toll road, there is an enormous amount of road noise from 161, through all the hours of the day. 6 The turn over in staff is unbelievable! Not even they, last here. Guess its all down to the manager of this place. Very unhappy, rude, unprofessional and nothing like what some of the other people or herself wrote. She does not care about you as a tenant at all its all about where she can squeeze a last few dollars out of you. She would have her office staff run around and stick all sorts of documentation on your door. Even important stuff like lease agreements. We received a late notice once stuck on our door, come to find out it was the people below us. But it was filled with all their personal details... Wonder how many people gain access then to other peoples personal info through this mistake! There is all sorts of wrong with this place, the staff, maintenance and the manager! If someone is leaving this place with about three months left on their lease and they dont care about loosing rent. This is when you should run the other way. Yes they make the apartments look real nice. With this, all I see is a Wolf in Sheep wool!! Run people run!! Ive taken a few photos over the years and will be posting them.

My wife and I absolutely love this place, the office staff is very helpful and the neiborhood is quiet, the location is 5 mins away from other major cities, I see myself living here until I buy a house

This place is NOT pet friendly! I know for a fact now they were discriminating against me as a pet owner because not one person in my brand new apartment has complained saying my dog was barking non-stop. Its been 2 years and my new apartment is structured exactly the same way but better upgrades and no roaches!!!! (See pic) It goes to show you how insensitive people are and how bad their character is when they lie on a dog and chastise, attack, and discriminate against pet owners. So glad i found my new place :). They threaten to evict people if their dog barks OCCASSIONALLY throughout the day. They CLAIMED night shift workers and the whole floor of the building were all complaining that the dog is barking constantly nonstop for 8 hours straight. There arent that many night shift workers IN THE WORLD and no dog can bark nonstop for 8 hours straight!! Theyll give you 12-24 hours from the time of the complaint before allowing neighbors to post nasty notes on your door and then a day or 2 after that before sending threatening eviction letters. If youre a new tenant with a dog that barks OCASSIONALLY throughout the day BEWARE and look for another apartment complex.

My name is Karen Shaw, I was only a resident at this complex for 6 months. I was waiting on renters to move out of my home I had leased. My issue that I have with them is that when I did my final walk through with the maintenance guy that he didnt tell me about the dryer hose. I did not realize that when the people who came to hook up the washer/dryer had actually provided the dryer vent hose. So when I get my refund check for my deposit that they had deducted $15 for dryer hose removal. I would have snatched that hose off in about 3 seconds during the walk thru had I known that I would be charged for that. I had moved into my house when I did the walk thru and thought nothing of the hose. Its ridiculous how they nickel and dime people to not give them all their money back. I turned over the key on 8/12, i sent the manager Lisa an email about the hose issue (she never responded). I went to the complex one week ago on 10/3 I talked to Amanda about my last water bill, Lisa said she would let me know what is was. I called on 10/4 and spoke to Becky she said she would call me on 10/7 and let me know what my final bill is. I just called today 10/10 and Amanda stated Lisa hadnt found out from the company what is the bill. This is a bunch of bull if I was still at the complex I would have received a bill from Aug - Oct. Im sick of this nightmare; Renters beware!!!!!

Currently residing here lease ends in August and i can not wait people in the management office is not honest the maintenance man is not honest and be careful when they do inspections if your apartment is not clean to their standards they will evict you they will evict you for no reason ive been here for 3yrs and had no issues with them until i called the people who own the apartments about a misunderstanding and every since then they have been picking on me now they refuse to lease me to anymore
