This place is my second home, love it here! friendly helpful staff, reasonable prices for admission and concessions, and great ice! They also play music during public skates, hockey, and freestyle sessions (figure skate only times). Another great thing is that they provide pull sleds for little kids who cant skate so they can still go on the ice, as well as cones for less experienced skaters. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun afternoon.

We had a birthday party here for an 8 year old. We paid for ten kids but only 3 showed up. We asked about vouchers since only 3 kids skated and were told there was a voucher in each gift bag for a free skate and skate rental. When we got home we found no voucher in the gift bag. ( we had seven since only three kids came.) The issue here is they flat out lied to us.The party host was very cool and the three kids enjoyed skating. We have no complaints about the party.My complaint is that we were lied to. Dont tell us there are vouchers in the gift bags when there isnt. Its to bad that the management feels the need to lie to people. Try just being honest.UPDATE. We were contacted by Glacier Ice Arena and told it was simply an oversight. I want to thank Glacier Ice for reaching out to us. The place is great for kids and for partys. I have changed my review to 5 stars because they provided a great service and responded promptly to our issue. Thanks to the staff and owners for being an honest fair business!!

Went to my daughter’s buddy’s birthday party here. We had come into town a few days before and I listened as the little girl’s Mom confirmed the time of the party a few days prior. We arrive at party time, no set up tables, no staff to help us with the kids, no staff planned to play games with the kids. A manager did try to get stuff set up fast, but it was a large group of us just standing around. I was embarrassed for this place. The manager explained that the party was on the books for the next day by mistake, but I find that odd since I heard the parent confirm the time of the party...really seemed unprofessional and sketchy.

I dont go here often but Im hoping they find a way to stay as an ice arena because we dont have anywhere else

We have been doing open skates, playing hockey and going to CMU Hockey games for a about a year now and have always had great experiences.We decided to have our sons birthday party this year and it was an amazing experience. They took care of the decorations, food, and drinks. Our party host (Emily) was always there when we needed something and took great care of us. She made it easy for everyone at the party, including us, to focus on having fun and celebrations the day.The staff really goes the extra mile, I would recommend Glacier for anyones party. It was a great experience for an excellent price!!

My son took lessons here for ice skating and hockey. The staff is friendly and kind. The pro shop are wonderfully helpful and kind. Love having this place open again!

BEWARE! This owner blames her bad management on employees. Her mistake in scheduling caused employees to scramble to put together a birthday party left off the schedule!

We always have fun here. The consistent schedule makes it easy for people from out of town (like us) plan trips to the rink.

The COOLEST place in town

Twice now we have been to this place to free skate or stuck and puck time and the website isnt updated and we are early or late because they dont update their site.

It is lots of fun
