One of my favorite hardware stores in townThey have everything I need and way better help than the other guys. The floor staff here make this place. Always a knowledgeable guy on the floor for whatever your needs are. Definitely my goto hardware store in the valley.

When Ive gone to the big big box stores like Lowes or Home Depot, the people on the floor never know where anything is. And even if they do know where it is they rarely know what its used for or if theres something better I can do. The fellows at all of the True Value locations will find you on the floor so fast. And they all seem to have a deep knowledge about everything that youre trying to do. I love that. True Value is my spot. And they are independently owned

Very unkind in the rental department. Greg was very unprofessional and over charged me a day. Said there was no other manager to speak to until one walked by. Lol Manager Greg said he was flagging our account and we’d never be able to rent again. Really?!?! Because I spoke up about being charged too much?!?! Wow!!!! I spoke up about him contradicting what the salesman told me. We’ve been buying and renting from this Peachtree for years but never again. Overall a very unpleasant experience!

This is first go to store. Great inventory and amazing people that work there. Almost every project i need assistance on, they were there to help and spot on their advice and help. They have done me great on projects I needed the help! Great staff!

Friendly people, good selection, little high on prices

These folks are better than any big box store any day. Prices are best in town too. Quality products and unmatched customer service. They have everything you need and everything you didnt know you needed! Great experience and will continue my patronage with Peach Tree True Value.

Shameful to have done business with you for as long as I had. I bought a new lawn mower and needed it serviced the following year, and sadly had a terrible experience.They said they had never sold that mower, you can find it on the website..... They took it apart and lost pieces.Dont buy a mower, I will no longer buy ANYTHING. You at this ace have been rude. I never got the expected phone call back from the manager.

The employees are always available, helpful and friendly. I go here first for whatever I need. Recently bought a new push mower from here and they filled it with gas and made sure it started easily...even pointed out a couple things for me which I really appreciated.

This location is decent. They definitely have enough employees to help you with absolutely anything. They are all very nice and respectful and fairly knowledgeable. It is a smaller than the other store located on North 12th street, but they have all of the same basic merchandise like bulk fasteners, paint and supplies, general yard maintenance supplies, etc. But the staff on 12th, not nearly as nice and helpful as these guys. Not even on the same spectrum of customer service.

Needed some lap siding and 4x8 foot siding to finish our project. Lap siding is on order abd we will be notified when it is in. Also need a 🍓 strawberry stem remover and will get it soon. Great place to shop and is staffed by a Cadre of professionals. Recomend this store.

Unfortunately the lady working the front of the store was extremely rude. We were getting seeds for our garden and she boxed us in. She steretyped us and walked us to checkout. My girlfriend was extremely offeneded and walked out. Needless to say we purchased our seeds and came to the determination we will take our business to Home Depot or Lowes in the future.

The rental department has very good equipment at a reasonable price, the staff at every true value is second to no other hardware store on Earth!

They almost have everything you can need for a project, and they are friendly and willing to show you around.

It has been hot and smokey in Grand Junction and after searching many places I went to True Value at Peachtree and was shown a display Hessaire indoor evaporate cooler. I bought one and it is a great solution!! I holds about 4 gallons of water, looks nice, is on wheels and has five settings for fan and fan with water. The people were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is a racket their prices are outrageous double the price of any other home repair store in town I am extremely not satisfied

I dropped my generator off to get fixed. 3 months later I get a call that they cant fix it. So then I brought it to another place and they fixed it but said that the air filter was missing. When I called Peachtree True Value about it, they were rude and said that they did not have it. Very Bad Attitude.

Peach Tree True Value is really my go to place, when I need a hardware item, they are very well stocked, just a few days ago, I went there for a heating thermocouple. And, conveniently, it is located less than a mile from me.

They always have just what I want! The customer service is so great. They take you right to what you want. Service with a smile!

Hands down when it comes to a hardware store there is truly no where else I would go than True Value. They have the best selection, by far the best price, and the knowledge that their employees have can not be touched by the big box stores.

You count on finding what your looking for at Peachtree true value. They have rental yard equipment and a small engine repair shop.

I love how there is always a knowledgeable clerk willing to help you find what you need and help you solve a problem. This location also offers lumber and will cut it to size for you.

Love going there and finding what I need quickly and efficiently. Everyone that works there are super helpful and knowledgeable.

Great store and staff!

They either obsessively follow you around after being told youre fine 20 times or dont help in the least, literally no inbetween.

No actual peach trees but more than enough types of gloves to make up for it.

Found the stove top light bulb! Wasnt able to find it at Walmart.

They closed 40 minutes earlier than their posted hours. I guess they do not care about basic courtesy.

JERRY , an employee at this location, had the audacity to ask me to leave my purse at the counter for the cashier to hold onto while I was shopping . When I refused , he said “ well if you can’t trust us, we don’t trust you.then he told me I had to leave and he literally got right in my face and proceeded to follow right behind me out of the store . I will NEVER do buisness here again!

This store does not care about customer service! Ive tried to return simple items like nuts and bolts and this store always finds a reason to not accept a return. The prices are not even that great compared to Lowes or HomeDepot or other hardware stores in town. I will NEVER shop here again and Ill take all my business to big box stores from now on. Good luck keeping up in this economic downturn.

They had everything we need?

Horrible business ethics. Completely lost a Stihl chainsaw and will not replace it. If I could rate the owner Cathy Frederick and her four stores a zero I would! I will never spend another penny in her store and I will put the word out to as many people as I can as to what a fraud she is.

It is hit-or-miss here. Sometimes the staff is not helpful and you get the impression they are not glad you dropped in.

I frequent this hardware store often, and always get knowledgeable, friendly service with a smile that you dont get at a box store. Competitive prices on nearly everything so if saving a couple bucks on a couple items is more important supporting a local business owner, you should reconsider. They have a far better selection/variety of nearly everything. Love this hardware store!

Their rental equipment is marginal at best. I rented a trencher about one month ago and it was in such bad shape I couldn’t finish the job. I informed them about the trouble I had. The person checking me in said he was going to give me a 1.5 hour credit. I thought great costumer service. But wait. When I returned a different person said unless there was a note they couldn’t give me the credit. After about a half hour of the manager and rental employee trying to find our account that has been there for about 15 years they said there was no note. That’s my bad for trusting the employee to follow through without me watching. So just be wary that their equipment is in poor condition. You get what you pay for.

These guys are great. They answer questions I have and lead me in best way to get my project accomplish ed. They have helped me out many times in the past. I enjoy doing bussiness with them

Products are fine, but could use a little customer service training. Was not very helpful ( without going into detail..), no apology given that they couldnt help (especially considering we came in for the same thing last weekend and made it out just fine), and to top it all off the guy literally laughed at me. Kinda rude considering the department he was in ( not that any one else was very friendly). Its not only about the sale buddy! I would rather go to Wal-Mart than deal with your pompous ass again

Ive used the Peachtree Tru Value store since June of 2002. Ive NEVER been disappointed in their greetings, variety, and quality. Its very home town.
