Dave did an excellent job setting up my desktop after I inadvertently upgraded it to Windows 10. He made it function much better for me and explained the many changes in great detail. Excellent job!!

Unfortunately, I can not give anyone any info on how Good this place is. But, I can tell you that Ive been to plenty of other home operations that stick by there word and keep there scheduled times they list as Open I called plenty of times and got the same set message that Im on the other line or helping another customer .... So, giving the benefit of the doubt I went by there not once but twice once right before they opened and once a bit after they opened. No one answered nor do I think they would even care. All I wanted was some help and I guess Ill stick to the places I know instead of wasting my time and gas on seeking out anyone on google business listings with One review. Ill leave with this note, if this business deals with your computer the way that he deals with basic business etiquette then I doubt he will do a good job with that too. ***** as an update to this, he did in fact finally get back to me, Yes pretty much right after I posted this review. But, he did at least man up to his mistake and sortove apologize. Said he was in Durango doing a job. Thats fine and great that he has work and is busy, but if in the future you could save a New voicemail when you know you will not be available to your hometown customers it would go a long way just Being in the Know of things so no one assumes you may be available when in all actuality youre not. I hope we can both agree on that at least. So, being that you did call and did try to apologize or at least explain Ill retract the single star rating and give you a 3 for your follow up.
