Weve had to visit the shop for 2 different computers and both times they were super knowledgeable, were able to explain the what and why of what they had to do to fix it, and gave us a fair price. Repairs were done very quickly even though they had to order parts. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I had an AMAZING experience with one stop this past week. My computer was having some issues that I could not figure out and went down to get a second opinion. They figured the problem was a quick and easy fix and got everything back up in running in about 3 hours. The best part? They did not charge me for the service even though I tried to pay them.

This is the only computer repair shop in Grand Junction that I will go to. I looked around town and everyone in town wanted $85 to even look at my computer. When discussing the problem with these shops, I was told it was bad ram or a broken motherboard that would cost over $200 to fix. 1 Stop Computer Shop is kind enough to offer free diagnostics. They took a look at my computer and found that it was none of these issues, the issues was with something that was being plugged into my computer. They took the time to explain to me what they think the problem was and the next best steps. 1 Stop Computer Shop focuses on finding solutions for their customers, not on getting people to purchase computer repairs. If you need computer repairs, this is the place to go!

Thanks to these guys, namely Bob, I have a working dinosaur of a laptop again and it cost me nothing (simple issue but required replacing the OS). More than helpful, its so rare to meet such honest people. My mother recommended this place (Leslie), and I recommend it to you!

Had some issues with an overheating computer. When blowing the dust from the computer didnt resolve the issue, I was able to drop it off and pick it up the same day - for much less than I was quoted elsewhere. Great guys, great service.

I brought my desktop in to get a couple problems checked out. They are closed on Saturdays but the guy offered to come In anyways since thats the only day I could make it, which was awesome customer service.They diagnosed my problems (one of which was a power supply issue and they actually got it fixed just through the diagnosis, no charge to me) and let me know what it would cost before they did any work.These guys conduct great business and I WILL recommend anyone who needs pc repair to them because of how helpful they were before I was even a customer.Thanks again 1 stop.

Absolutely amazing service. Very friendly towards a noob pc builder. No attitude no snobness just bro we gotcha. Cost me 40 to get things straight on my tower rob was so outstanding an informative I gave 60$ tip because everything he did to help out was worth it. I would recommend them 100% if you would like a friendly pc/ laptop shop we all know how you go into some computer shops and their nose is so high they would drown if it rained. I own a computer, I have very little knowledge about them, I have referred to myself as a tecnotard on more than one occasion. Yes that is a word I made up, it means I have no knowledge of anything in modern technology. I rely on people who know a lot more about the working of a computer than my self to keep mine going. I realize there are some things as a owner I am responsible for. But that does not mean I do them. I brought my computer to you to repair due to several issues I eas having. You sent me home several times saying it was fixed. Each time it would work for awhile and then fail again. Also each you would help me put it in the carrying bag I was using due to my inability to carry it in my arms and usually each tine it would get turned upside down and shook up abit. I bring this to your attention because after I gave up on you being able to fix it I first sent off for a new computer (Which I sent back costing me a $30. restock fee) and allowed a friend of my daughters to have a look at it. When he opened it we found it so dirty inside that the computer was over heating. So each time you would help me put it in the bag ang shake up the dirt it would work for a bit then the dirt would build up again and overheat. A $10. can of air and a lesson to me to clean it occasionally did the trick. I have been using it since with out one problem. I found it hard to believe you (AS THE REPAIR PERSON) never popped the case and looked inside. No one in this family or any one else I know will ever use your company again.

I paid them a generous fee to come and install a word program on my computer. It turns out they installed a student trial version that expired it a certain time and required a fee at that time to continue using. They would not make it good. I also asked them to set up my computer so I could use a certain app. They did not do this. I was out $750. Very unethical.

Went to this shop couple months back and asked if he could help fix my laptop and once he found out I took it apart he was rushing me out the door and telling me about prices as if Id say no or he wasnt interested. I was looking for insight and left feeling dissed. Seems like hes only interested in greenbacks and not helping.
