I have been out a washing machine for 3 months now. I paid for both the diagnosis and part...to the tune of $400! And still do NOT have a fixed washing machine. I am beyond frustrated and would warn others out there to STAY AWAY from this company! The part was supposed to be in on July 17th...did not hear ANYTHING from them, so I call 3 days later...had to leave a message because actually getting a hold of anyone here is nearly impossible! They did return my call 2 days later to tell me the part was backordered to July 27th....so I waited, again heard nothing from them on that date! Called and left a message and never heard anything back! I am currently in the process of having a refund issued to be DONE WITH THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service absolute waste of time and money! Scam company! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

The work is completed and the Appliance Doctor service was great. The came when needed and fully understood the problem and fixed it. A1 service!

Two guys showed up on time. Nice enough guys polite and courteous. But that’s where it ends. They had no clue how to fix my dishwasher. They were recommended by GE but they showed up with no special diagnostic tools to determine what was wrong. I was able to tell them more about how to diagnose it than they could. All they did was refer to the Internet like I had already done. Would have been a good value if they had been able to determine what was wrong but at this point it was a wasted $80.

Limited service area and they charge a fee for anything outside of 20 minutes away.

We have purchased pre-owned appliances from century appliance since 2000 and we have had nothing but great equipment and great service theyve done service calls at our homes, they respond they repair and they stand behind their work they are a great bunch of folks I highly recommend them.And I like them personally as well.

Years back they repaired a deep freezer and kitchen fridge. This month, they fixed my front load washing machine. Very punctual, professional, friendly, and were great with my dog. Other places would request he be in his kennel. There were problems out of their control because of I-70 being shut down which had delayed delivery of parts. Appliance Doctor kept me up to date with texts and calls about expected arrivals during the delays. The deep freezer and fridge still work great and their repairs have lasted over the years. Weve had them out for our freezer, refrigerator and oven. In each case, their online scheduling system worked really, well; the technician was knowledgeable and friendly and the repairs reasonably priced. My son also had them fix a dryer, and he was equally impressed. Highly recommended.

The Appliance Doctor repairman was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful, and gave us a an excellent evaluation of the status of our ailing appliance and the merits of repairing it or replacing it. Its worth noting that the repair guy they sent was a lifelong appliance repairman who really knew his stuff, not a fly-by-night guy who was guessing about the problem. Showed up and left a magnet on our door for 24 hours destroying all food inside, returned to fix fridge and ordered wrong parts after waiting a week, and expect us to wait another week without a fridge. Horrible service! Now I will add to this review... another week, neither fridge nor dishwasher working... throwing parts at it... 400 in to this... and using coolers in my kitchen.

They even helped me move my washing machine which wasnt part of the service call! I will definitely use them again when I need an appliance serviced!

We had an older commercial refrigerator that slowly stopped cooling. We called the Appliance Doctor to come out and take a look. They did an awesome job and installed a new fan motor and now it is cooling better than before. I would highly recommend Corey and his team as they were very professional and were great at communicating the issues and following up on the problems with our fridge.

We had a fridge that stopped cooling, so we called The Appliance Doctor. $80+ to diagnose . We were told they would call before they came out, never called. Just showed up at a time they werent due to on Halloween. They didnt know what was wrong but ordered a few parts to see if that would work. We made an appointment for Nov 6, as that was after the parts were due to come in. Never showed. We received calls at odd hours to reschedule , to not have our return calls answered. Finally a gal answered after our no show, but was entirely clueless to what was going on, but did make another appointment for us. After that, we received more weird phone calls. There just seemed to be zero communication between workers. On the day of the appointment, he was LATE. He was on the phone the entire time he was at our house. He put in the parts, but definitely didnt fix any of the fridge issues. Wasted hundreds of dollars for nothing but annoyance. I dont recommend.

I have needed appliance repairs several times. When I first got to know the Appliance Doctor, my dishwasher was leaking and I had several other appliance repair companies look at it but they were not able to diagnose and fix the problem. Cory came out and if just a few minutes he was able to diagnose and fix a problem that had been ongoing for several months. He has proven to do that in all other instances that I have needed help. He is very knowledgeable and fair in his prices. He will tell you what it costs to fix an appliance and what the appliance is worth so you can make an informed decision on whether or not to repair. I have heard Cory called the appliance whisperer! Its true! He does an amazing job! I will always use him and his company! We use him for our business, also.

Had a weekend appointment scheduled for a dishwasher diagnostic. Nobody showed up, nobody called and I had prepaid.Owner calls two days later and told us his guy had surgery.Not the issue here. The issue is not calling and waiting a whole day for nothing.Unprofessional and rude!

Im totally impressed. After my washing machine broke down, I called the Appliance Doc to see if it could be fixed. I was in a state of panic because we were getting ready to leave for vacation in a week and the earliest appointment wasnt until right before we were leaving. Knowing this, he came over the very next day to assess the situation, after which he ordered the appropriate parts, and fixed it the day after that. He was not only fast and efficient, he also gave me a great deal and made me a priority as a customer. Will definitely be calling on him for all our future fix-it needs!
