Have had wonderful experiences with Herman Plumbing. Super friendly, kind, and professional plumbers that do a great job. The last job they completed for me was estimated to be a full day job and they worked so hard to complete it faster than they had estimated, which saved me a ton in labor cost. They also were very conscientious about materials cost and did what they could to cut down on that, as well. I will always use Herman Plumbing!

I had an issue on a Sunday that couldnt wait until Monday. I called and scheduled an appointment for that day. They told me the rates and said that the techs were on another call and would call me when they were coming. A tech called me shortly after to let me know when hed be there. He called a while later to let me know hed be later because of the job he was currently on. When they showed up, they were very professional and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend Hermans to anyone in the Grand Island area. They do great work and have great communication!

Great service. Final bill came in under the estimated cost. Choices on the brand of hot water heater available. Will recommend to my customers.

They charged us $35 for PPE. Do not feel we should be paying $35 per visit for their face mask, which they dont even wear the entire time. Just another ploy to make hundreds of extra dollars/day, taking advantage of the customer.

We bought our home in 2005. We had a bathroom added in the basement and while Dwayne was doing that we had him put sump pumps in our 2 pits and plumb them to the outside. This was based upon his advice. Well, those pits have remained dry until 05/24/2020. On 05/24/2020 I heard this little humming sound coming from the basement. The pumps had kicked on just like they were supposed to and the outdoor piping was getting rid of the water to the storm sewer as Dwayne designed it to. Thank you!

Had them come back twice and they still have not fixed the problem. I always used Herman s before but now Im looking for a new plumber

Herman Plumbing is the best in GI!!! They have been out 3 times in the last month try to help us figure out issue in spare room in basement. Kept leaking, thought it was clogged, it wasnt. Then they came out again and it was clogged, rooted it and was fine a few days then leaked again!! We pulled all the walls and framing out before they got here. Turned out an open forgotten pipe from old toilet used to be in there, they just put walls up, pipe corroded, and every time shower/tub used it leaked into basement. They fixed it all up and sealed off so no sewer gas got into basement.The guys are so patient and nice to work with!! Worth every penny!!!Would highly recommend yo everyone for best plumbing services in GI!!!

I would rate 0 stars, if possible. I wish I would have followed these ratings prior to using their service. They do things without permission and then charge you for them like bringing in 2 plumbers, instead of just one. Their prices are unreasonable, their staff is rude including threats and hanging-up on customers. Lastly, they turn off your water and then even after you decide not to use their services they keep your water turned off until sometime the next day. THE LAST THING IS ILLEGAL!!!

Great company to work with! Our sump pump quit in the middle of the night and John, the technician that was on call was very prompt and knowledgeable despite the middle of the night service call.Highly recommend Herman Plumbing to my friends and others.

Have used a handful of times over the last five years, older house so the main sewer line has issues and has been cabled out several times. Theyve recommended products to use in between service, helpful, can usually get them the same day needed or the next morning. Decent prices in comparison with other plumbers Ive used.

Plumbing issue occurred around 6 pm, they came out promptly after hours. We live between Giltner and Phillips. Had to make a 2nd trip with additional help and equipment to fix problem and didn’t leave until issue solved around 9:30 pm! Great guys, so appreciated!

The staff at Herman Plumbing did a really good job explaining the issue that we were having and were able to fix it on their first trip out. They even took the time to show me the issue so i would see it happen before it was too late again!! I thought that was very nice of him. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I am the maintenance director for a property management company. Herman Plumbing is a great company they are fast adequate and always get the job done. We have used many other companies over the years Herman Plumbing is by far the best company for any type of plumbing issue. They have great personnel kind friendly and I highly recommend them.

Hermans provided professional customer service and prompt response to plumbing issues. What they lacked was a thorough assessment of the problems which returned within a week of the service call. Overall, they just did a poor job. They did the bare minimum to get me going that day. Subsequent service call from a fantastic plumbing company in the area revealed all these shortcomings and then some and fixed issues properly. Theres a better plumber in town.

I have been using Herman Plumbing for a long time now and they have done a ton of work for me. The technicians that come to do the work are always so nice and very good at what they do. They have all the answers and are very well informed about the job and what the expectations are. I have been very happy.

Have needed to use them twice so far. Both times they were able to come out within a few hours. Got it fixed, in and out. Fair prices . Always my first call

We called yesterday and was able to get and appointment for today. We needed the garbage disposal taken out as it was leaking and wasnt useful anymore. We also had them snake our drain lines as we couldnt wash laundry efficiently anymore. We had to bank sit the laundry because the water wanted to back up. Now everything is working amazingly. The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and friendly.

My old water heater started leaking. The plumbers found the one that fit in the limited space. I am very pleased with the new water heater and the service from Herman Plumbing.

I have used Herman Plumbing several times and each time they have done work for me they have done an excellent job. As far as I am concerned the staff are very good at what they do and are very courteous and friendly each time I speak with them, plus they are always very prompt and I appreciate that very much. I have no complaints, these guys are great.

I wouldnt rate these any stars they have screwed alot of people. Very nice employees but dont know what they are doing. Wouldnt recommend even if it was the last plumbers in this area.

Overcharged for work done, wouldnt consider my complaint on the final bill, and told they dont need me as a customer,they have plenty of customers and I can use another place for future repairs. Very poor customer service. Wont use again. Quality work, but over priced and lack good customer skills when comes to a legit complaint

I have used Herman Plumbimg twice in the last year and a half. One time was for a septic problem...and most recently for a completely clogged kitchen sink drain. Both times they were able to come out the same day I called...which I appreciate greatly...as anyone knows, these issues need to be resolved quickly! The people they sent out were very professional and knew what they were doing, and they cleaned up after themselves. Hopefully we won’t have any more issues in our home that need attention, but if we do, we will definitely contact Herman Plumbing.

Herman Plumbing has done a great job for me, they have done some repairs and each time the technician did a good job. I felt they were a pleasant company to do work with, it was easy to work with them. If I have called and needed something, they have come out the same day which was awesome.

My experience was extremely poor! The men doing the job did not communicate well. They only did what was easy/convenient for them. They also refused to discuss the bill with me when the amount charged was not in line with the work. I had used them in the past, but this work will close the case for me.

Fast and friendly. They got my claw foot tub fixed and didnt have to move my toilet. I was very surprised how reasonable the bill was too.

Fantastic! Was having a problem with a leaky waste line for my washer, and when I got a good look at it found the whole cast iron mess was cracked. They sent a plumber and assistant over within a few days who were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and put up with all my questions even as he worked. Great guy, great business, comes highly recommended.

Had an emergency with everything requiring water backing up through a drain and I had already exhausted two options in a plumber so I was desperate. Had a pair come out and fix a small part of my problem and said they needed a larger snake that would only be back on thursday, fair enough I guess. They said theyd squeeze my family in and I assumed Id be paying. Called on Friday and was told there was no way possible even after what I was told and theyd be out on Wednesday after four days of no washing machine, toilet, shower, etc. Would not recommend
