I was shopping around for a cleaning crew and when I called Mr. Sparkles I was told it would be several days before someone could get back to me. Seriously? I was given an appointment time and told Wayne would call me. Not only did I have to wait several days but the time came and went and no phone call! I called back and was told that the person who took the message didnt write my phone number down. She took my info again and said she would give it to Wayne and he would call me ASAP. He never called! I dont understand how people like this stay in business!
