I have worked for Better Living for almost 3 years and enjoy what I do and the people I work with and for. Our owners are involved in the day to day process of the work that we do and have grown a very supportive and caring upper management team. I feel supported in the work that I do which helps in supporting my own team. Each team and individual staff is unique and brings different perspectives and a different “forte” to the team. The owners are open to hearing those different perspectives and takes them in to account in their decision making and planning and growth. The company’s purpose is clearly reflected in the work and the pro-active approach they are taking in the lives of children and families.

Working at the GI Better Living office has been a blast so far! The staff is so friendly and understanding. I have received so much support from the supervisor and the staff. I feel like I can rely on my coworkers to support me. This is my first job out of college and I truly feel I chose the best job out there! Thank you to Better Living!
