Scheduled an appointment online to get the shattered screen on my Galaxy A51 fixed. Showed up, they took my phone and gave me a time estimate. They got it fixed in an hour and a half, and the price they quoted me was accurate. Couldnt ask better for a repair under $200. Glad to not be cutting my fingers on a broken screen anymore. 90 day warranty if the screen glitches out, so thats cool.

I had my phone scheduled to be fixed on Saturday at the beginning of the week. I made a 30 minute trip for this appointment and I made sure that I wasn’t going to be late. I get there and they get me signed in on the computer. The front desk man told me that he would go ask the technician to see how long it was going to be to repair my phone, taking my phone with him. He comes back handing me my phone and informs me that they can’t fix it today because they didnt have the supplies they needed to repair my phone and that I would have to come back next week. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. You would think they would have made sure that they had what they needed for up coming appointments!! Or at least call to cancel a day in advance!!!!!!

Quick service, convenient and decently priced. Downside, I had to return once because the screen had a shadow on it & returned again due to the repaired camera was blurry not allowing us to take a clear picture. Lastly, i was sold a Home+ Service to specifically get a computer repaired that I had taken in, was told to wait a month and this service would cover my damage. After doing so I found out the damage would not be covered. I spent the cost of two months with Home + result of their lack of knowledge in the service they are offering.

We took our phone in to have the screen replaced and it didnt get sealed right. The camera had condensation inside of it after the repair. They took it apart to check for damages but refused to seal it a second time to make it right. The store employee blamed samsungs process and told us we have to call the customer service number. If you call the customer service number youll wait on hold for 2-4 hours before you get an actual person and then that person says they will escalate you to their supervisor. I called three times and waited on hold with no resolution. I dont have time to spend hours on hold so Im out $300+. Yay!

UBreakiFix -Uhhh, lets open a business and sell phone parts but not have phone parts in stock. 🤤Unbelievable unreliability. They have plenty of excuses to fall short in their service. I wasnt the only unsatisfied customer there DURING my time there. Could use a bit of sharpening up and please keep an eye on your inventory.

I took my daughters phone in to uBreakiFix as we thought the screen was cracked. They were honest & called to let us know it was just a scratch & didnt really need changed.We had it replaced anyway because the scratch was over the camera & making a line in her pictures.Last week my daughter dropped her phone damaging the screen. When I took it back in to have this screen replaced, they informed me it was still under their 60 day warranty, so the replacement was free!No hassles, just polite friendly service. They even threw in a free screen protector.I really appreciate their honesty & integrity. You do see that in a lot of businesses these days!

Took my daughters 10.2 Ipad here to get a cracked screen replaced. They replaced the broken screen, with a new screen that already had scratches on it and in the process of swapping screens, the tech damaged the home button beyond repair. They did agree to replace the scratched screen with a new screen but did nothing about the damage to the home button.After a few weeks of my daughter struggling to use the device without a function home button I went back to talk with them about solutions. The manager, Dylan, admitted to me that the tech shouldnt have even tried the screen repair on this particular Ipad model because the home button was impossible to replace properly.Since our $400 device was basically now useless, after paying $160 to repair a screen, I asked for my money bake and they refused. I asked for Dylan to have the store manager or owner contact me and they never did. If they would have told me ahead of time, the screen replacement would have destroyed the home button, I wouldnt have gone forward with the repair attempt.I would recommend going elsewhere for repairs.

I took my phone in to get the charging port replaced. When I went back to pick up my phone, I discovered that they had caused major internal damage that forced my phone to shut down unexpectedly, approximately every three minutes. When I took the phone back to have the “repair” repaired, they were unable to correct their mistake. They did order me a used phone as a replacement which took a week to arrive. When I went to pick up the “new” phone, they wanted me to leave the old one. Although I had tried to wipe the old phone, it would not stay powered long enough for me to do so. I was unwilling to leave my old phone, which contained all of my credit and debit card info. Dylan G., the clerk, got very angry and yelled at me saying that I could either leave my phone and take the new one or I could leave without a working phone. When I asked to speak with the manager, he lied to me, saying that he was in fact the manager. When I pressed him further, he agreed to let me speak to the manager over the phone even though I was told that he was “partying it up on vacation.” Another clerk could tell he was getting frustrated and took over. The second guy was quite pleasant and was able to restart the phone in order for me to wipe it. The self-proclaimed manager, however, could be heard swearing from the back room.

Immediately available for repair. Quoted and stuck to their pricing even though an additional issue was found during the repair. Honesty and integrity are a welcome surprise when dealing with tech repairs. Highly recommend!

Left my phone on top of car and feel off. When I came back an hour later, found it in the middle of the street, run over multiple times. Were very fast, informative and professional. It looks brand new. My only complaint would be they tried to charge me nearly 500 dollars for a new screen, whereas I just went online and found the actually market price was half. Wouldnt blame that on the employees though, just the irepair franchise which seems to make the majority of its money from price gouging. But thats an easy fix...just buy the part online and then just pay the 60 dollar fee for them to fix it. Besided that, this iRepair is run by some very knowledgable staff that I would trust with my tech any day

They seem nice but they gave me a poor quality that broke from getting warm within few hours. they then replaced the screen and the screen kept popping up one drop screen pixels go crazy.

I had the camera glass on my galaxy note 9 replaced the entire back glass broke and they replaced that too for free. Make sure you check thoroughly after repair though because I got home and there were a few dust particles that caused trouble with my picture taking abilities. They were more than willing to take the glass off and clean out the dust particles and it works great now.

I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped quickly. The guy was nice but could’ve been more engaged with his customer interactions maybe Just one smile and I’d give them 5 all across the board.BUT!!! He quoted me at 30 minutes to repair my phone and was done in less than that. Their prices are very fair and they did a great job repairing my phone. No issues since I left there! Okay I’m gonna be real bros. I went in with a cracked IPhone 6 and they said it would take an hour to be fixed and it was $96 with tax. I came back, got my phone, paid and went back to my car. I tried to use my Touch ID when I got to the car and it wouldn’t work. So I went back in and told them that it didn’t work and they spent another hour or so working on it. They later told me (after I left the store the first time) that my Touch ID was broken. But here’s the thing my Touch ID worked BEFORE I entered the store and they told me they broke it during the process of fixing it AFTER I left the store. Don’t you think you should tell the customer right away? They said there was nothing they could do to fix what THEY broke. So now I’m stuck having to get a new IPhone or figure out some other expensive way to fix it. I will say they gave me $30 back for breaking the button, but I’m extremely upset and WILL NOT be using their service again. If I could give it 0 stars I would have.

IRepair is fast and convenient. Other shops open after I’m at work and close before I’m off. iRepair’s hours allowed my to drop off over lunch and pick up after work for a screen fix. I wasn’t without my phone during free time.

I shattered my iPhone 6 and took it into iRepair to get it fixed. It looks like brand new. The staff was very helpful and it was done in a short amount of time. Highly recommend.

Cheaply fixed my phone and it took way longer than they said and I dropped it again and a screw came up keeping the screen from closing back into place, the screw never should ave been able to pop up out of the casing and if it was loose and able to do that it should be able to fall back into place. The screen colors are dull and obviously and cheap fake screen was put in and corks poorly not ever bringing another phone here again

I originally took my phone in to get my charger port and lock button replaced which was no problem until I came and picked it up. They handed me my device and there were two big lines going down the screen. They told me they replaced the screen in hopes of fixing that problem, which I never gave them permission to do and not to mention removed my tempered glass that had originally been on it. They put a new one on for me , but left air bubbles and fingerprints behind. I left the store hoping nothing else was wrong, I plugged my aux cord in from my car to my phone and the aux port didnt work, I was furious. I went back in there and they told me they were scared to open my phone again in fear of making it worse, but I wanted it fixed. I came back an hour later and all was well....until the upcoming Monday. I was trying to take a picture of some of my homework and the camera was acting weird, I looked inside the lens and there was a giant piece of plastic covering half of it, I returned to the store and they took it out within a couple minutes, no big deal until I went back home to take a picture and it came out blurry, I couldnt get my lens to focus. I again, returned to the store and they reset the lens. Ive so far gone 48 hours with my phone functioning correctly, but who knows what else Im going to find. I highly recommend going somewhere else to get your phone repaired.

Went in on Saturday mid afternoon. I had dropped my Samsung S8+. The screen was not broken and the phone still worked but it would not illuminate. They were certain they would have to replace the screen component for $395. I was told it would take an hour and a half. Before I returned home they called me back and said the screen cable disconnected from the phone and it would only cost $20 for the repair. Thank you guys for the quick, friendly, helpful service!

I took my phone into this business after being referred by a friend to have my charging port replaced. I was told it would be done in an hour along with the cost and I was happy. I then went back and my phone had a different screen put on it along with a new charger port. I asked and they denied replacing the screen. I then said, “I know I had a deep scratch in my screen”.The manager then proceeded to tell me he replaced it cause of damage they had caused. Ok, all fine and dandy. Now two weeks later my phone screen went completely black and no visible picture. I took it back in and they tried a new screen. I was told this was a problem when they did the initial repair. They had broken my back-light filter and it needs to be re-attached which they cannot do there. I asked, “will I be getting a loaner phone for the 2 WEEK repair process?” He informed me I would have to return tomorrow to speak with the manager.So now I have been without a phone for 3 days. They do not seem to grasp the concept of customer service very well. I am terribly dissatisfied with how this whole experience is going. So please take this review and realize that this business is quite possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. There seems to be no trying to make the customer aware that they are sorry for having the issues I am having. These issues are caused by the less than par work they are doing to phones. So, if you would like to turn your phone into a paper weight I would recommend taking your phone to them.

I broke my iPhone 5s and have another year until I can upgrade. So my options were limited. Cell phone carriers are expensive, VERY expensive. They wanted to charge me full price $599.99!! The Apple store was no help either. Then I found these guys. The staff at iRepair Smartphones were friendly, helpful, and a hour later I was back in business. Then I bought a “Otter Box” and the took $10 off! Just because I got a repair done. Wow! That’s customer service!! From now on this is the only place I will go!! I just wish I knew about them sooner!!

I got my screen fixed three weeks ago, and it has already scratched terribly with a crack through the scratch. Im very disappointed in the quality of the repair/parts. I thought they would stand by their work and honor the 90 day warranty, and they didnt. It is very upsetting that I paid $150 for a repair less than 3 weeks ago and the best they could do for me was give me $10 off. I should have just went through my phone insurance in the first place. I could have received a brand new phone for less than what they charged me to fix my screen once, let alone twice. I wont be going back to them.

I bought what they and I thought was a Droid max later I discovered it was an ultra and called them they had me bring the phone in and they determined I was correct it was not a max, since the ultra is a $100.00 cheaper they returned $100.00 to me without issue! I was very impressed and will take all my buisness there and I advise all my friends to also!

I had my iPad repaired here for around $100. It was done in a couple hours when I thought it would take a week to repair. They were really nice and explained how they did the repair which was interesting. The people working were outstanding, very nice and educational.I will be taking my wifes iPhone in next, it has a small crack in the screen. They told me I could probably hold out for awhile and the price will be the same if the lcd goes out. I appreciated the honesty from a repair shop of all places

I cracked my iPhone, and they fixed it within 1-2 hours. Now here I am a year later, and my battery is takin a crap. I never really knew that the battery was replaceable, so I thought I had to get a new phone and they proved me wrong!Not only are they good at what they do, but they also are very friendly and happy to help. Plus really knowledgeable! I didnt even half to bring in my phone for them to tell me my battery was bad all I had to do was tell them what I was experiencing and they knew right away!
