I am big on reviews and I dont trust any business that doesnt have them. So thats how I found Dr. Ozone. He is very passionate about what he does and has no problem breaking things down so you understand what is happening and why he does things the way he does. I personally like that. I had 2 rooms done and they looked so much better and even fluffier afterwards. Hes very honest and does the best job he can. If you have areas of concern he will do his best and communicate if he cant. Hes professional, honest, communicates properly, and reasonable.
