Ive worked with the team at Audio Impact for over two years now for my small businesss audio needs, and Ive always had a really positive experience with the tech/installation team, Kirk specifically.Not sure what shifted, but Ive recently found myself getting ghosted by Ryan, project manager who is noted in his website bio for providing exceptional customer service. Was told that Id have some options for mic and audio sent to me two weeks ago, but Ive not gotten anything and all of my connection attempts have been ignored. Poor communication, and I feel very undervalued as a customer.

True Professional Audiophile Equipment Installation. Andy and Matt custom fabricated and installed our Dolby Atmos Home Theater System. From a custom fabricated in-lay Center Channel and flawless OLED mount and tilt to professionally networking a very tricky set of of speaker wires through to the rear speakers in back of Living Room having had to go under living room and above garage with zero discrepancies. This installation was of the highest degree of quality I have ever seen and I was an aircraft maintainer. Thank you.

Had a good experience with Audio Impact. I dont live in the state and was helping a friend. Ordered a TV with wall-mount and a soundbar, plus installation. Ryan took my info over email and after just a couple more emails and calls, the deal was done. Everything was delivered in good condition and installed correctly. Easy enough!

Terrible customer service! They didnt listen to my requests when they were installing my system. I also have a pile of cords in my built ins I had to pay them for and they arent hooked up to anything?!They wont come over to give me a demo on my system, Didnt hook up one of my DVD Players, Didnt run a power cord for my sound bar, a almost $300.00 universal remote works sporadically!I am in the process of hiring another company to come in and fix the problems I have had with Audio Impact LLC in Grand Haven, Spring Lake area.
