Floyd is the greatest. Honest, tells you in an understandable manner, the cars diagnosis, and is always a reasonable from a cost perspective. Weve been trusting our vehicles to Floyd/sons for years.

I am ecstatic with my experience at Floyds. I was referred here to tackle a potentially big engine problem. I worked with Donny as he thoroughly checked out my engine. He was honest with me about the issues, and recommended less, not more. This could have been some expensive work, giving them a lot of business, and yet, honesty won out over profit/wages. Furthermore, my experience with two other employees was welcoming, kind and a great experience.

Floyd Tire took good care of me. I came in with a tire that had some metal belts poking thru. They gave me some options of different tires and gave me the pros and cons to each. I had tires the next day.

By the time I made to them I’d been stranded for 3 hours. Roadside assistance dropped me off and they didn’t even have the tire I needed in stock! But what they did do was the biggest act of kindness I’d seen this year! They loaned me a car to go purchase a tire from another shop. And then proceeded to put it on for me. I’m so grateful for what to me was the ultimate customer service experience! Because if that alone I’d recommend them to anyone!!

While putting in air in my motorhome tire the cheap plastic valve stem extension broke. I was leaving for a trip and needed new metal stems put in two tires. Called several places that were busy. Floyds does more then just tires they are full service shop for all your automotive needs. He is honest, I have been to him a few times. I could have saved literally 5 dollars last time at some other place but having the peace of mind knowing I wouldnt have any new problems pop up after the work was done was well worth it for me.
