Not only that, but they do it all,Need a canvas photo printed for grandmas birthday? ✅Need a banner printed printed Timmys graduation? ✅Just start a business and need help with business cards, flyers, and more? ✅Important documents to ship? ✅International shipping? ✅Just need a single copy? ✅Need your stuff laminated?? ✅ shredded? ✅I couldnt list all of the things these guys will help you with, the list is endless, this is the staff to help you out.

If you’re looking to talk to a human, better just keep talking to yourself. UPS is the worst. They care nothing of the customer, because they have enough deals with the Govt. and Amazon where none of us matter. Ridiculous.

Went in with a pre labeled package to just drop off, just needed 1-2 feet of bubble wrap so the items wouldnt be moving inside the box, the manager tried to charge me almost $9 for 2 feet of bubble wrap...went to the FedEx office and they just gave it to me for free after I told them how much the ups store tried to charge me lol

These guys are great! I come in for single copies a lot but today was a little different. I came in to get a flyer copied and the gal there sat down with me and did a full design for me then printed it on colored paper. She even walked me through pricing for printing a large photo when I saw another customers printing on the big photo printer. They really dont mind lots of questions about print which is nice for me!

I always used UPS because Ive trusted their delivery more than USPS. But, now my confidence is SEVERELY rattled. I am done with politeness about this issue. I went to the store on Wednesday the 23rd after my package which was sent for $52 with second day air was marked as delayed for NO REASON. Then it still wasnt delivered. I was told I would get a call back on December 24, nothing. I went to the store again on December 26 and they took a copy of my information said they would call about this on Monday and let me know the status of my claim because they didnt know what was going on. Monday comes, no call. The guy isnt even in the office today! I spent $52 for second day air, and the package was marked as being 6 hours away in Billings Montana this morning???? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Poor package handling, poor customer service. I cant even call corporate without an account.

I received an email saying I had a package waiting for me here. I arrived with ID in hand, & was in out with the utmost courtesy and efficiency.Its a shame many people are leaving negative reviews, because of package delivery that doesnt involve this store.

I paid for two day shipping that was actually paying money to wait a week but fine, its the holidays i get it. I wait all day for my package but it never comes to i go to the mailboxes, maybe they were in a rush and left it there. Nope, but the was a note on the outside of the building. Now i have seen packages inside the building at many doors. And Some on mailboxes. But tell me how it is that someone got a note inside on the mailbox for their package but mine was outside? How is UPS getting in every other time but they cant get into the building now? And now i can get it tomorrow or i have to wait until Monday to get my package. Those are the only two options he gave me. It would either be there tomorrow or Monday. Thursday and Monday are my options. Im very unpleased with the laziness of these drivers. I understand its new years and things get a little hectic but i pay shipping and handling fees, i paid for two day shipping. And i wont get that two day shipping at all because the driver didnt feel like it today. Thats some bs.

Deliveries not all made in UPS veichales and after 7pm? What a joke asking around locally and we ended up talking to last years driver not sure whos garage they drop ship outta this year.... we want our package NOW its not delivered yet you claim it is.

I have used this place to pack and ship a number of items and they have always been helpful and courteous. Be warned: There are only a few employees in the entire store so if there is a line of customers, you may be waiting for a few minutes.

I had an issue with a missing package, and the UPS Store on Columbia Road by Hugos had three employees who went above and beyond to help me receive the package- which wasnt even at their location! Marissa, Stephi, and Courtney all put in extra effort to help me with teamwork of going in early, driving to another location to retrieve the package, and bringing it to me. This staff is amazing and truly goes the extra mile to help their customers. I would highly recommend going through them for any of the services they offer.

Absolutely terrible service by deliverers. Ive had them time and time again leave packages in the rain and other without knocking or anything. Just now I watched the delivery man DROP my package at my door from waist level. He also didnt knock. I opened the door and asked him why he didnt knock, but he didnt say a word, just kept walking away. I am absolutely disgusted by UPS deliveries.

I have repeatedly had a problem getting my mail forwarded in a timely manner and to the correct address. It may take several calls and long delays. Since they have a monopoly on this type of service there is little incentive to provide quality service. DFP

Franchise UPS store. No pride of ownership lost & misplaced packages are a regular occurrence with this place!! FEDEX is CORPORATE heck even the US Postal Services is more reliable then this FRANCHISE!Side note : North Dakotans generally have bad mannerisms customer facing skills hence. What you see is what you get Its like measuring blades of grass. Stars need to be down graded for this region to a Progress Bar

Not a fan of their policies. They would not ship small optics; scopes and accessories because it was not a policy of the store to ship those items. But UPS ships them, just not this 3rd party store.

Closed on Sunday. Despite the sign saying open from 12:00 to 4:00. Drove over a hour from the next county out to ship a package. Extremely dissatisfied.

Worst service Ive ever had.. Im at home waiting for my package. The delivery guy just dropped my package outside my door ( literally) I could hear it hit the floor! Knocked once and walked away before I could even get the door open! Plus There is a huge hole in the side of my box!!!

I only needed a box I was returning to be taped and I waited in line for about 20 minutes because their system was down. Meanwhile, the line started to back up out the door. Worst experience ever, I’ll just go to the post office from now on.
