Knowledgeable, responsive and incredible results. Every stain was removed saving us from replacement. They treated you like family and will highly recommend. They are the only ones to use.

I can not say enough! Glenn is such a nice guy, and did a great job on my couch. It smells and looks great, and looks like new. He was also able to remove the red wax from my living room carpet. His secretary was very nice too. I highly recommend this company.

Glenn Reck arrived two days early and did an impeccable job. We were informed yesterday that the two rooms which were flooded needed to have all furniture removed. Glenn was able to do magic, whereby we did not have to move anything, and he got the job done; the carpet cleaned (it looks brand new) and both rooms are in perfect order - all completed with ease and grace!!! Glenn is very personable. We are very grateful! Thank you for providing such excellent service beyond expectations!!!!

Beware, this business has poor business practices.. We used some air movers from them over the weekend, no mention of price/policy/terms/etc when we picked them up. We had to help get them out of their house even. On return, they surprised us with a bill and charged us an extra day because we didnt return them before the daily cutoff time (had we known that, we would have returned them much earlier). Trying to be fair about the situation, we agreed to pay but they only accept check/cash (which we did not bring along because there was no discussion when we picked up). We left without paying but were going to send a check.Their own bill (their billing accuracy and completeness is awful by the way, still not sure we even legally owe them anything) states customers have 10 days to pay but that same evening, my wife was called twice by Merles harassing her to pay and were funny about payment. These calls were well past business hours. We called back the next morning, negotiated the removal of the extra days charge, and dropped cash in their mailbox since I dont trust them with my check or credit card number.Think hard about doing business with these folks. They seem nice but generally dont seem to understand how to run a business and will harass you outside of business hours.

Wow what a great job that they did at my house, Glenn is such a nice guy.. He got the red stains out and the smell out in the Living Room that the dog peed on.. The carpets look so nice when he got done, We also rent out Apartments and one of the apt had a very bad smell. So Glenn gave us a machine called ozone machine and I will have to say it worked great, No more smell .. I so recommend Merles Steam Clean they are good in what they do...
