Wow! Didnt know what a brush saw was, had to show them in their own catalog!!! Tried to get price on a new saw, they said it was discontinued when it isnt. Staff looked like they just woke up. Extremely unprofessional all around. Rude too!

Dont know much about it. Ive been there twice and have no complaints.

I rented an auger Saturday morning for a fence project. I went in, asked if it was available and paid 150.00 or so for the rental knowing it was Saturday until Monday. Before leaving I told them I would have it back first thing Monday morning and the rental guy said no rush you have it till 5. So I used it all afternoon Saturday and loaded it up where it sat all day Sunday and Monday. Since I was told I had it til 5 I decided to go to work early and take it back mid afternoon Monday. Dropped it off around 330 Monday afternoon. Look at the bank account Tuesday and I was charged an additional 135.00. Call down and was told that’s the late fee for not having it back by 9:00am Monday. I told Randy, what I was told by the other guy Saturday and he called me a liar and was told I would not have been told to keep it all day and I said that’s what I was told. He called me a liar again and said he would refund me half of the late fee but that’s not there policy and I was wrong. I said I wanted a full refund and I was not wrong and I was the customer. He said since I was a first time customer he didn’t care and to get out of his store. AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES AGAIN!!

Randy went above and beyond to get my new Scag Patriot mower. He worked well after they were closed on Saturday and delivered the mower. Customer service is great!

Rented an electric auger for septic cleanout. The equipment worked great. Mike and the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The rental prices were OK too. Im happy with the rental and when I need any type of equipment, I will go back.

Rented a couple of times from this place. Great tools, great selection of tools, friendly staff. Convenient location close to PK lake. Will use them again when I need them.

Would not reccomend taking business here. Evidentially they have more business than they need. Called them to see if they would wait 5 minutes on Saturday for us to get there for I was coming in from work. Got there and the fellow working told me he wasnt interested in renting the equipment he was already closed. Will not get my business in the future...

Good selection of tools & machines to rent!

Not satisfied. I rented a man lift for a week we set delivery and pick up dates. They didnt come get the unit for close to 4 weeks. When I looked on my credit card statement they billed me 3 times. I thought there was an error so I called their office they told me I was supposed to call them and tell them to come get it. They will never have my business again I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
