Horrible. Cars got broken into the first week we moved in. VERY Loud noisy, PETTY neighbors. We rarely get any peace due to how loud the people over top of us are who purposely make all the noise they can. Only been here a for a couple of months are we’re already about to move out.People literally watch your every move here and go so far as waiting and watching for you to leave just to park in the spot you were in when there are several other parking spots.I’m not sure how this place was when they first opened but I can tell you now there is nothing luxury about it. You can find a much nicer, quiter area with actual “adults” as neighbors for the price there asking. If you want peace do not move here!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Weve been here a month and havent gotten a moments peace due to extremely loud upstairs neighbors. The ceilings here are paper thin as well which makes noisy neighbors twice as bad. Weve contacted management several times and all they will do is send emails. They refuse to do anything further without involving the police. Im at my wits end and am ready to move. This is absolutely not luxury in any way, its just high priced. Not at all worth it if you cant enjoy your own space without hearing everything going on in the apartment above you.Edit: Id like to add that our tub was broken when we moved in and flooded our master bathroom and entrance to our bedroom. This was a defect they knew about but didnt check for before we moved in. Took 2 weeks get fixed.Also, came out this morning to see one of the lovely neighbors here hit my car. No note was left and since there are no cameras in the parking areas here we have no clue who did it. Let me remind you we have been here less than 4 weeks!!!

Elevate 54 Apartments are recently constructed and offers the beauty, style, and amenities to satisfy the desires of most (pool, cabana/clubhouse, gym, in-unit W/D available). it is a secured (gated) community and in an excellent location 3 minutes from the I-40 ramp. Rates are competitively priced to challenge other similar community prices that are not brand new. The difference is high-end secure living in recently constructed buildings, for less than others that have the same or fewer amenities. Quiet community, near all shopping, mall theaters, restaurants, parks, and Courthouse, but conveniently nestled where it avoids the heavy foot and car traffic of shoppers/entertainment-seeking crowds. The grounds and buildings are excellently maintained with trash valet provided. I give high marks to Management staff. I find them to be not only professional, but also to have superb resident-friendly and helpful demeanor. They are responsive to resident requests, keep us aware and updated regarding community news and upcoming services. They even monitor and notify when packages or food deliveries have been delivered to the Office instead of the Resident, or they send Blast e-mail to all if the package has no name or building. To be in such good hands gives me that sense of well-being I need.

The place is new every things is perfect! Location, nice to the eye and the gym is to die for, pet friendly and gated! Good place to call home! The staff is kind and really knowledgeable highly recommend! They have a one bed room and Teo bed room floor plans

This is the BEST apartment complex to rent in Alamance County! The staff is VERY pleasant and helpful. I would suggest if someone is looking for a place to live, that they look here first! It is well worth it!

Living here has been an awesome experience. My neighbors are kind and respectful. The leasing office is always welcoming and making sure each resident is well taken care of. The scenery from my bel balcony is wonderful especially at night when the pool is lite up

I cannot tell you how nice the Elevate 54 team has been and continues to be! Anyone looking for an apartment needs to pay them a visit before committing anywhere else. All apartment communities should be measured against them! You’d expect a leasing consultant to be friendly with an initial visit as they’re trying to get you to lease with them. However, there has been no change from them even after my move-in. In fact, after getting settled, I received a phone call from Sandra at the office asking how my move had gone! The apartments are relatively new, clean, and beautiful! What’s more, I live on the ground floor and have yet to hear my upstairs neighbors! It’s an incredibly quiet community!

This is an awesome place to live. Beautiful environment and very nice people. My husband and I had a very smooth process with finding the apartment that best suited us. Sandra was SO VERY HELPFUL. Elevate 54 is a very family friendly and beautiful place to live. The amenities are very new, clean, & well kept. The apartments are spacious, new, and Elevate 54 has good monthly prices. My favorite spot is their pet spa where you can wash your pet as you would in a real pet salon. Highly recommended to stay here!

The office ignores you and your requests. You have to constantly remind them of things. Management are full of liars. Latosha is “manager” and unprofessional and avoids contact with her residents. She needs to be replaced. We no longer have access to patient portal where we can connect with our neighbors and receive updates about what’s happening in the neighbor, MISPLACED packages which occur on the regular, etc. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the apartments are beautiful inside and Kelly was a great example of customer service before she left this complex.

I moved in last month and love it! The moving in process went really well and have had no issues. Its quiet and located in a good area and right off the highway. My leasing agent is the sweetest and was so good in helping me with everything! I totally recommend Elevate 54.

This complex is beyond beautiful! The units are very spacious and modern looking.The neighbors are friendly and the environment is peaceful. Sandra was AMAZING and made my move in process very easy and stress free. Love this place!

I moved in three weeks ago and absolutely love living at Elevate 54. I moved to Elevate 54 in Graham, NC from Apex, NC. I looked at other surrounding apartments but Elevate 54 was my favorite apartment community. My leasing agent Sandra Busch was the best! Sandra provided all the information I needed to make my move go smoothly. I recommend Elevate 54!

The staff here moved me into an INFESTED apartment. I was covered in flea bites after less than 24 hours of picking up my keys. Not only did they not inspect my apartment prior to me moving in, but I have been met with NEGLIGENCE and DISRESPECT since bringing this to the staffs attention. No one cares to address my issue and refuse to answer my phone calls. I have never experienced anything more disgustingly unprofessional in my life.

I moved in a little less than a week ago and so far so good. Sandra, Nathalie, and MacKayla were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful throughout the leasing process and maintenance made sure I had my washer and dryer rentals in time for move in. I appreciated the small gift and card from staff. This complex is well taken care of and there is a good sense of community from what I’ve seen. Unfortunately having issues with the internet service provider but hope it will be fixed soon. Wish there were cameras around the stairs for added security. I don’t feel 100% comfortable leaving a 5 star review this early so I’ll update after a few months but so far Elevate 54 is a great apartment complex!

Absolutely loved this apartment complex! Sandra made everything so easy and she was amazing to work with! She wasnt like the usual employees you find at most leasing offices! She was very professional and wasnt too pushy. I cant wait to call this place home soon!

My fiancé and I moved in 2 months ago and really love it here. The location is great! It’s a pleasure have such a beautiful place to come home to. The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood is quiet. Also the apartments are really beautiful.Additionally the staff is amazing. We signed our lease with Sandra. She was/is knowledgeable about the property and professional during our first visit. She was and has always been helpful and always addresses and concern/questions we have.We are very happy to call Elevate54 our home.Thank you

Ive lived at Elevate 54 for about a month and have only wonderful things to say about the complex. The apartments are stunning and greatly priced for being so close to everything in Alamance County. Kelly and LaTosha have both been extremely helpful in passing along information and helping connect me with other residents as well. I chose Elevate after comparing 9 complexes in the area and it was not a tough decision to make. I recommend to anyone looking for 1-2 bedroom apartments!

My fiancee and I signed our lease with Elevate in July 2019, and so far everything is good. LaTosha and Kelly are great and they do their very best to help with any issues that we may have. There are some apartments still being built so there is a bit of construction noise, but nothing too bad where its an inconvenience. The apartment units are nice for the price and I think my only issue is that Im not used to my shower rod being so high up, its really tall for me because Im so short lol, but the very nice rainfall showerhead makes up for it! I love the showerhead! I will update this post in 4 months after living here.UPDATE 10/30/2020:I may not have gotten around to posting an update after 4 months but I’m posting one now. Over the course of a year and a few months, Elevate54 went from 5 star to 1! And I wish I could give them 0!! While my roommate and I were there, cars were broken in to, spiders constantly made their way in to our apartment and we experienced a few characters that were far from neighborly. There was loud noise, loud parties (where people didn’t leave until 12 or 2am), and there was dog feces left in places where people were too lazy to pick up behind their own dog. On top of the very disrespectful people was the management. Instead of cracking down, they only sent out reminder letters. It seems that proper apartment management left with Kelly (my leasing agent). LaTosha was okay, up until the point when I moved on 8/15 and it is now 10/30 and I still have not received the refund for my deposit! This company has severely wasted my time and took my patience for granted. This company has come in second on my “Worst place that I have lived at) list. The only part that was good about this complex was the maintenance guy. I forgot his name (he was a young African American man), but besides Kelly and Ashley, he is the only working example at Elevate, of being nice and professional. Thank you to the maintenance guy!

I’ve been here since 2019 paying the amount that’s stated on my lease then recently they began adding additional charges. When I asked about the charge the response is the electricity is billed separately (no sh*t). The question still remains….what changed? Because electricity was ALWAYS billed separately so….question still remains….what changed? No answer.
