I have worked at Kapco for over 1.5 years now in the sales department. It has been a great experience and employee centric environment. There is multiple opportunities to expand in your role as well as give back to the community with the numerous charitable evens Kapco takes part in. I look forward to the next several years.

I visit alot of stamping plants, Kapco is probably the cleanest one In SE Wisconsin. All the personnel I have dealt with have been professional.

Jim Kacmarcik states that there are 6 core values that the company claims to live by; Innovation, Attitude, Integrity, Impact, Accountability, and Safety. Safety seems to be the last in KAPCO Metal Stampings Core Values for a reason. That’s simply because they do not care about you or your safety.During Covid, they claimed that our orders dropped. For legal reasons I can not disclose who our contracts were. But they were government contracts which NEVER close so that is quite impossible. Interfering with the productions from said contracts would result in penalties from said companies.KAPCO also determined that it was in the best interest of the company to walk mass numbers of people out with all their belongings saying they could come back as soon as we picked up again. Well we definitely picked up. They fired all those they laid off in order to get new computers, feed the local hospitals, have a concert for Grafton High School Seniors, and five large raises to Human Resources.Meanwhile, floor workers got mandatory overtime. During said overtime there were 5 CONFIRMED COVID-19 cases on the floor in one week. 5!!!! They decided to fire those who questioned their decision of why they wouldn’t even tell people about the community spread.All in all, KAPCO does not care about you or your well being, they just care about their bonuses, and having a body on the floor so those in the offices don’t have to man the machines.

Terrible place to work. Racism, terrible leadership. HR Department far from being a benefit to the employee. Bad attitudes from coworkers, some can’t even speak English. Avoid wasting the time at this place and find something else. Also if you can take your business elsewhere do so! Any other business would be more deserving trust me.

Nice people in office, fast unloading (53ft trailer). A lot of room to back into dock. Nice place.

Have watched them grow over the last 15(?) years or so into an impressive enterprise. Love to see local business grow!
