Horrible experience. Scheduled a service appointment and they call 2 minutes before its supposed to start to cancel after I had someone take off work to be there...I even called back and they said it was still on, so confusing, no one knew what was going on..it eventually was cancelled....no heads up or courtesy call...could not get an answer as to why, so many layers of people to deal with (scheduling, customer service, dispatch) and no one even knew who the tech was so I could try to understand or call...certainly NOT like dealing with a LOCAL company. I live in Grafton and would love to support the local companies, but avoid this nightmare!

Over scheduled and cancelled my repair. Told me to contact someone else. Terrible!
