Ive been a Supercuts customer for a good while now and will continue to be. There have been times when they were too busy to fit me in, but I can always leave my name and come back later. I dont use Apps so that system was kind of a pain, but now that I can set up a time by phone its better for me.The staff is always pleasant and do their best to accommodate .To those who always have time for negative comments but never for positive..... go buy scissors or shut up!Just had to say that!

Seniors beware! My grandmother went for a basic haircut. She swiped her card for payment and noticed an almost 60% tip had been applied. When she asked why, she was told that’s a standard tip.Be careful folks. You’ll go in for a haircut and end up being overcharged.

Bri gave me a great haircut and was extremely patient with me as I wasnt sure what kind of cut I wanted. She even told me to try out my new hairstyle for a day or two and come back and she would make any changes I wanted. Great first impression! Kudos to all of the staff for being kind!

I was serviced by Hairstylist, Tonya. She was AMAZING! I explained to her that I’m very picky about getting a good shampoo and she exceeded my expectations. She gave me multiple washes, scratched very well, and used the right shampoos and conditioning treatment. I explained how I wanted my hair curled and she nailed it exactly like the picture. This was my first time coming to Tonya and now Tonya is the only person I want to go to. To my natural hair and Black sisters, she knows how to do our hair!

I’d been searching for a hair stylist in Charleston ever since I moved here five years ago and have only thought of one place to be adequate at best. I was referred by my cousin who told me to take a chance on Tonya. Those of us with black hair especially, have to be pretty picky about who we allow to do our hair and quite honestly, I did not expect to experience the stellar outcome I received from Tonya. She’s wonderful to talk to and has plenty of knowledge about how to treat natural hair. Lastly, she gets the job done in half the time I’m used to and with complete confidence. I’m pleasantly surprised to say that I’ve found my forever hair home at Supercuts with Tonya!

My husband had an appt last night at 530 when he got home I could not believe his haircut. It was very uneven and wasnt even blended. U could see every line. And he even asked her if she knew how to do a high fade which she stated yes. He was very mad. Definitely was not worth the money he paid. The girl who cut his hair last friday did an awsome job however this lady needs more practice.

Specifically asked these people if a mask is required before making an appointment and going all the way up there. I understand its required pretty much everywhere but I wanted to know whether protocol is. They told me no and then when I get up there they talk asked me if I have a mask. I told him no because yall said no so Ill never give any business to them because theyre a bunch of liars.

A good friendly clean place that I would definitely go back too. My hair stylist was Tonya and she was obviously very experienced, giving me a great haircut with little instruction. The place could do with some nice decor to make it look more fancy but at the end of the day, my cut was excellent and the price is great.

Worst haircut Ive had in a while.Facility absolutely filthy.The Woman who cut my hair left hair trimmings on my shirt. Her equipment was still filled with hair from previous clients.My hair is different lengths on each side. Find another place to get a cut. If you put your phone down or leave it in the car,look around the facility like I did. You can definitely see why they shouldnt be allowed to cut hair.

They actually listen to me and cut the hair the way I wanted. They were the first place able to thin out my daughters hair. She has really thick hair and wont keep up.

They did a PHENOMENAL job on my friend and I. They were patient and very careful with my hair. They took almost 5 hours on my hair and charged me a very reasonable amount! I came in with fried brassy blonde hair and left with highlights and my natural hair color. My hairs never been this soft. They also cut and styled my friends hair Within 30 minutes of him walking through the door. I highly recommend this place to everybody!

You could literally put a bowl on top of my head and cut around it. thats how easy going I am. With that said, Ive been going to this place the last 4 years and have had an average experience, which is fine. however,the last 3 times have been a complete axe job by 3 different executioners. I got home this time and had to finish cutting my hair. I would sooner let Sweeney Todd run over me with a lawn mower than step foot in this establishment again

I followed Tonia from Smart Style to Super Cuts. I have a good bit of grey in my hair and I like the light/dark look. For a long time before I met Tonia, every stylist would put highlights and lowlights in in order to achieve the look I was going for. It was beautiful but the problem was that the lowlights faded quickly. It took her a couple of times but she wouldnt give up; she finally figured the right formula to use that gave me the color I wanted that no longer faded. Not only that, but she started using my natural grey hair as highlights which means that she no longer needs to do highlights. She only puts lowlights in my hair now. As a result, my hair is healthier and it costs a lot less. Tonia (Im not sure if this is the correct spelling) also has a great personality. I really enjoy having her do my hair. There arent enough good things I can say about her!!!

Always bad attitudes and customer service. If you didn’t want to be a hairstylist, you should have went to school for something else. Also, you are going to lose a lot of business, considering people with health issues and heart problems can’t wear a stupid face mask. Y’all always butchered my hair and my kids hair too.

The folks at this shop always do a great job. Unlike other chains, they always take their time and make sure you are happy with whats going on, as it is going on. They have an extensive product selection, and are very knowledgeable. Its also usually a very short wait.

They were quick and gave my husband (who wasnt sure what he needed) exactly what he wanted after I showed her a photo. She was meticulous and quick which we definitely appreciated.

Checked in online and dont have as much of a wait as the app told me, which was a plus. I was there for a trim & root color. This was my first experience with Supercuts and most likely my last. The root color turned out a lot lighter than what I was shown would be the color agreed upon. Then, when she was rinsing out the color, had forgotten to put a towel under my apron by my neck so my shirt was soaking wet. She did offer to put my shirt in the dryer & give me an apron to wear, but I chose to just have her blow dry it a little.During my trim, she didnt bother to sculpt my hair around my face or even ask how I normally style it. The only question was where/how I part my hair.When I got home I took off my shirt to throw it in the dryer and noticed that there are dye stains around the collar. I am not too happy about that. So needless to say, I will not be returning anytime soon! At least not to the Goose Creek location.

There was only one stylist working on a Saturday. I have a fairly easy cut so no complaints there. It took about an hour for 2 of us to get our hair cut.

I go to Ciji all the time because she does a excellent job on my hair and I dont want no one else to do my hair but her .. shes the best...I highly recommend her..she Rocks

I would suggest anyone besides the girl with short hair, but especially Alabama! Alabama is really good. The girl with the short hair messed up my hair so badly during the washing process that we left.

My husband just got the worst haircut Ive ever seen here. It wasnt blended at all. It looks like she put a bowl on his head and shaved around it, plus its really uneven. Im not one to complain most of the time, but I couldve done a better haircut at home with rusty scissors. My husband ended up coming home and shaving his head. $20 down the drain.

I like supercuts. I used to date a hairdresser from a top salon in Boston.. and for your dollar supercuts is fine and fast... not a whole day event. I can deal with the buzzer to mske the experience more efficient. The stylists are girlnext door pretty at supercuts. I like the welcoming, non judgmental atmosphere

Ciji is no longer here. Have been coming here for years and lots has changed with new ownership. I have wavy hair and it was cut dry and stylist was rushed - had to point out it wasnt even. Will not be returning.

Do not even waste your time. I went yesterday the 2nd time in 6 months because of my busy schedule and places to be. Well they butchered my hair again. They cant cut both sides the same or properly line up your sides. Dont waste your time.

The lady ruined my hair seeing as its a lot more just to get a blow dry and it is the end of a pay check I couldnt afford. My hair was uneven my bangs were crooked and there was random chunks of hair missing. I ended up having to fix it myself. My hair is so thin now since I wanted to keep my length I will never be returning to this store and just for the heck of it I may just haunt it when Im dead because it was really that bad expecily when you have plans the next day and no money to go get it fixed which for me was a last resort I ended up cutting my hair with a razor and dull office scissors. Now my shortest layer is about two inches long and I cant even put it up so thank god I dont work in a place where I have to make food anymore. The same lady messed up my husbands hair a month before mine but I have her the benifitnof the doubt which obviously was to much for her to handle.
