I recently had an engine swap in my 2006 Volkswagen. Not long after getting the car back, the problems started. I took the car back and forth with no results. Fed up with the mechanic who was working on the car, I decided to take it to Parrish Automotive since it was nearby and reviews online looked good. Best decision I could have made. Everyone I spoke with was on the level. When I dropped my car off the guy I spoke with listened to all my concerns and they had the car running in no time. Pricing was more than reasonable for the exceptional work. I cannot recommend Parish Automotive enough. Hopefully wont be having any more car problems any time soon, but if I do, I know where to go.

I asked if they could work on my car, and they answered yes. I took it there and left it there for two weeks and got no call or response as to what the diagnosis was. They pushed it to the side and didn’t bother calling or explaining what was going on. Terrible customer service and not mention, once I got my car back there was a problem with the rear wheel that didn’t exist prior. Worst experience possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Excellent service and they do not charge extra for simple jobs. You get your monies worth for the great job performed. I have going there for many years for not only great service but a welcoming staff.

My friend was visiting from out of town and her car started running bad. We called and they got us right in on Veterans Day! A few hours later we were picking up the car repaired. Felt like they were honest, very nice, and prices reasonable.

Awesome customer service and quick.

These folks are scam artists and totally dishonest! Do not waste your money. Vehicle diagnosed as defective starter. Had starter replaced for $375. Exactly 1 week later, would not start and was stranded. Called back and they said they would tow it to the shop but if nothing was found defective and the $50 tow bill was my responsibility. Received a call back and said there was nothing wrong and it started every time. Total BS and they would not budge from their statement and did not want to hear my complaint. Another $50 spent! As a single Mom, every $ counts...there is a special place for these types...Shame on you!!

My husband was coming back from Charleston after visiting his sister in the hospital. Traveling through Goose Creek ended up at an intersection from hell and got into a fender bender. Not sure if his jeep was safe to drive an hour back home, he went to Richards Brakes across from the accident. They were great and hooked him up Parish, you guys rocked! Jumped right on it and got him back on the road in a very short time. We own a restaurant and everyone was expecting to see him. Let me tell you, the story was told to everyone once he got to work. You were our savior. His comments, down home good people. Thanks!!

Had my car towed to Parish because it wouldnt start. They went to work on it and it started no problem. Let me leave the car with the for a few days, to make sure it would continue starting and then when I picked it up they didnt charge me since they didnt fix anything, even though they did spend a little time trying to figure out why it had hadnt been working.

Honest establishment what more could you ask for! Fair prices! If you need serious auto repairs this is the place!
