Great knowledge and quick response when I really need it. He did a great job getting my pool filter in and clearing up my algae. I am very happy with my new pool pump and the quality of the work.

I have been struggling with my pool for 5 years. I found affinity pools a few weeks ago. They came to my home in 24 hours. Michael was kind, professional and had so much knowledge. We had a new filtration system installed same week, pool service started, and we had bad algae due to popups not working. We had the algae gone in 24-48 hours. Every week our pool looks great and today Blair came and fixed our light that has not worked for 3 years. I have poured so much money into my pool in the past. These guys do some great work! They drained our pool, power washed it, gave it a chlorine bath, scrubbed it down, refilled it, and balanced the chemicals all for a great price. They also gave us great advice and information. We are very very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their pool.

Do not be concerned by the fact that Infinity Pools LLC is not licensed with the ROC. Arizona DOES NOT require pool service providers to be licensed. However, I am confident if Michael were to choose to become licensed he would have a blemish free record due to his knowledge and ability to provide expert advice and repair and his integrity when dealing with the homeowner.Initial contact was made with him in the early am and he stated he would be here within the hour to look the issue. He arrived promptly, looked at the pool and recommended a course of action to correct the nasty 13 year old water problem we were having. He scheduled his service for later in the week and again arrived when he said he would.After he drained the pool and did a chlorine bath the pool was refilled. He even returned after the fill was complete and added chemicals to the proper levels. He also replaced the pool light from a standard white to a multi color light that my wife wanted.Excellent service, fair pricing and a truly stand up business.Highly recommended.

We had Michael and crew out to acid wash our pool, along with filter clean, tile clean, and install a new varible speed pump. The pool almost looks like new again and look forward to savings on electric. I highly recommend them to everyone.
