Truckers this place horrible place and the lumber guys are super rude. Unload time is 6 hours and I only had maybe half of trailer. I normally don’t leave bad comments but I had to let someone know about this so, they can prepare for the worst.

I give them five because everything seems ok . My appointment was 3pm . Check in at 1:30 called at 3:05 and was out at 5pm. You park at staging area walk to guard check . You remove seal and put in an envelope and after backing you put bills in a green box at door one. You pay lumper through text . When you see a green light your bills are in the back of trailer. A restroom is at the guard shed you can take your brake comfortably.

5 stars for the cleanliness of the bathrooms by the guard shack but the amount of time it takes to unload 2 pallets is insane!! Got here early, was told to come back to guard shack at 9 a.m., ok no problem. 9 am, well call you when a door opens...*no other trucks were coming in or out but their own. Finally get called to door (1st one in), 2 hours later, still here even though they already got the pallets off. It is ridiculous how they operate. They also give you a piece of paper ; it states at the bottom that they are not a bump & go operation , that it can take hours to get unloaded! Been here a total of 7 hours! Never again.

Appt: 1300 was checked in @10:40am given a door@12:00 pm began unloading 25 minutes later. Should soon be completed. No Complaints

They dont care about their drivers. They all drive fatigued and the company gives then no choice but to drive like that or they take away their pay. They also dont accommodate if they are stuck overnight and half the time dont pay for their hotel. And they dont have a decent place for their drivers to shower or nap in between shifts or any accommodations at all for their drivers. They promise days off and dont give them and they promise 80,000 but havent seen anything close to that. Did I also mention they take 30% tax away when you get your sign on bonus so you dont even get half of whats promised. They say they work with you on your schedule but thats wrong. They dont.

McLane Company Sunwest is a great place to work if you want constant work and great pay, but their management staff isnt good at the job, they preached about helping their employees succeed, but they would rather get rid of them rather than help them be successful.I was having trouble and instead of helping me, by seeing if there was something they could do for me,, my boss just said Im going to let you go.

I think that I had a good interview today I really hope that I will get a job offer i think that I can make a difference.

Couldnt unload till 2pm got into a door at 2:15pm had 1/2 of a pallet to unload took forever plus you had to pay a lumper fee which was $80 then waited another 40minutes for paperwork so got out around 5:00pm Absolutely ridiculous for wait time and lumper fee for 1/2 pallet. I do not recommend coming here.

If management reads this?!? You need to either hire more receivers or fire the ones you got... this is absolutely not necessary to hold us drivers hostage here all afternoon... I come here every other week and it takes over 4hrs to deliver 4 or less pallets of product here... but yep... I chose this profession, but thats no excuse to hold me or others all afternoon... weve got families to go home to as well as you...

Facility has staged parking area. Just make sure you park your truck first, then check in with security guard. Takes about an hour after appointment time for them to give you a door. Unloading took about 4-6hours , which is a typical DC time. Once unloaded , they allow you to park in the staging area to reset.

Checked in at 1215 for a 1300 appointment. Partial load. Departing facility at 2015. Capstone logistics and McLane receiving have to be the 2 most incompetent sets of people working side by side in receiving. There is absolutely no sense and it taking this long to unload and check in a partial load that was already broke down once it arrived on the truck. Piss poor management allowing such to happen.

Park on right before gate shark. Very slow place. They are picky when look at your paperwork. If you write down appointment or PO number on your bill they could reject your load.Capstone lumpers at this site.

First time delivering here. Checked in at gaurd shack @ 1135, appt was @ 1300. They dont start recieving until 1300, theyll give you a door earlier but do not expect them to start unloading until then. We cant go into the facility, once you back into youre door, take youre bols and as soon as you walk up the small set of red stairs there will be a little green box, place youre paperwork in that box and wait until Capstone sends you a text for lumper fees, if you are pre-paid, youll get a green light and youre bills will be in back of trailer. Took them a total of 3hrs to unload and receive 6 pellets. Not bad as Ive dealt with a lot worse, lumper fee was very reasonable.

Checked in 20 minutes early from appointment time and took almost 2hrs to get a door. Unloading me took even longer!

As they say this is not bump and run facility so unloading won’t be quick. Three stars for plenty of parking spots and enough space for maneuvering. Lumper payment was all digital via phone. Very convenient.

Worked at McLane for years and the warehouse was held to a high standard of excellence and it was a very good experience working with the staff.This location was used to model the McLane standard and it looked and functioned great!

Can’t beat this DC it’s the most efficient Mclane Grocery Division in the country. You always will have delay time getting unloaded it’s part of the trucking business. It sure beats getting unloaded at a Walmart DC.

Lumper service is careful and honest enough to report what is damaged inside trl when unloading. This practice never and ever happen in entire warehouse industriy. Very professional lumper service unlike 400 dollar with 6 hr wait, no cleaning pallet chip, and their osd fault!!

Im an LTL driver. Appointment was at 3 PM. Arrived at 1 PM. I had a small Plt 60 cs. I had to go check with guard at 3:30. They had forgotten about me. It took 3 hrs to receive1 small plt. Out by 6:30. They ruined my day

Okay place Kinda of slow capstone is the lumper they take all the checks plus credit cards . Cards have to be in hand before they take it. Have a staging area you can park before and after your appointment. Park and walk your bills to the guard then wait for them to call you with a door.

Its a joke not a business, make sure you got enough time to make the appt, put 2000mi in 48hrs, 2hrs late to the appt due to hwy closure, rescheduled 2 days after, 4 hrs at the receiver still loaded and nobody cares about your needs, very rude staff, no one adequate, only cowboys... receiving hrs 1pm-5pm for 24hr facility... 1 star too much

They are the worst company. The staff is rude. They wont hesitate to keep you waiting for three four days for unloading,if u miss ur appointment.

No problems here... arrived an hour early, was unloaded in an hour and a half.

Showed up 1.5 hours early for my delivery appointment, waited two hours to be told my appointment was different than what dispatch had booked a week in advance. They worked me in and held me for 6 hours.Luckily, theres parking out front to sleep if needed.
