Greg was able to fix a gaming laptop computer over the phone when I called the for first time. The other gaming laptop had other issues so brought it in and it was fixed w/o further issues (we had given up on it, and hadnt used it in about 6 months). Those two laptops are worth about $3,000, so definitely appreciated! We also have two gaming desktops which are okay so far, but we know who to call. We use them for following the financial markets and day trading, and the software uses a lot of memory, so gaming machines definitely recommended. Thanks again Greg!

Greg was most helpful with a laptop problem I was having right before Thanksgiving. Not only did he cure the problem, he worked into the night so I could get the laptop back in a very timely manner. And I think his pricing is most fair.

I’m glad I called him. I learned about Greg on the Nextdoor App and decided to give him a try. I had multiple drives with family pictures mainly of my kids when they were young. I kept them overtime although I thought the drives were dead. Greg was able to recover the information from them and even salvage one of the drives so that we can still use it. Got the dreaded boot to BIOS and could get no further so checking for a computer repair store, I saw 19 Systems had excellent reviews so I gave Greg a call. I dropped the system off on a Monday morning, got a call back that day that yes, my SSD was toast and discussed options. Settling on a replacement SSD with Windows installed, Greg said it might be towards the end of the week depending on SSD availability. With the supply chain upset with Covid, I wouldnt have been surprised if it was even later. Tuesday late afternoon I got a text saying the computer was finished. Total but happy surprise on my part that it was ready that soon. I jumped in the truck and drove over, booted it up, we talked a bit, and I drove off totally satisfied. I thought the price was excellent for a drive, Windows, and having the job completed. In fact, I think it was more than excellent. I hope never to need another computer repair but if I do, my first stop will be 19 Systems; my recommendation is yours should be also.
