Lowest paying company in the southwest. Good place to start if just out of A&P school , but not for seasoned pros. Youll be bored. They need to get rid of that old fat redheaded Structures woman.

AerSale is a great place for beginners and experienced aircraft mechanics who are familiar with MRO structure and operations. It is a a great place where you can get experience on most aircraft systems especially if you just got out A&P school. The team leads and supervisors are outstanding and will treat you with respect and acknowledge your efforts on getting the job done correctly, efficiently and on time. Theres plenty of work and this place is always busy, theres always something to do. I highly reccomend to those who seek a place to get their feet wet or those who have been in the industry.

I was there on 2014 and in 2015.....good technicians......you could see a lot of scrapped planes

Im working across the way from this place and I always see them pulling parts off Of jumbo jets its pretty cool to see a jumbo jet up close

Aersale is not a good place to work. The management does not care about it’s employees, especially the ones who work outside in 115 degree weather on a daily basis and aren’t allowed to come in earlier to beat the heat. It’s inhumane.

They always treat me like they want me there. Unlike other MROs. Maybe because Im a contractor and I go there to get the job done right the first time!!
