My experience with farmers insurance has been good, one of the best I had so far, highly recommended.

I was a Farmers Insurance customer for many years up until Mr. Hicks retired. I never once had an issue with Farmers and was very happy with this company. Once the new agents took over, I noticed a dramatic change in price for my policies and when question about the change was given the excuse that after review my policy would now be more. Fast forward a few months and ultimately changing insurance company, I receive a bill in the mail from Farmers trying to collect over $900. I called Mr. Serranos office inquiring about the charge and the person I spoke to rudely said they never received my cancellation letter and if I didnt pay I would be sent to collection. I called corporate office and emailed all my documentation proving I changed companies and the charge went away. I now received another bill for $60.00 plus for unknown charges. This company and Mr. Serranos office have given me a tough time and have been rude and unprofessional the entire time. Maybe Im the one customer who got unlucky with their exceptional service.

Does not return calls or e-mails. I have been a customer for over 10 years. The previous agent recently retired and this gentleman took over. I called him last month to remove a vehicle I recently sold. Did not return my call. I called last week and he asked me to email him the request. Gave me the wrong email adress. I was able to get the correct email from the farmers app. Sent him another email. Did not respond. Finally called the toll free number today to have the vehicle removed. Looking to take my business elsewhere after over 10 years of being with this office.
