I use there service when I lost my key.they took something loose under my truck and I cannot take it out of park nor will it start , obviously whatever he left undone killed my battery as well..i called them back to receive very aggressive I told I had to wait for the technician to go on lunch to come check out my vehicle..after 1 1/2 hours he shows and disappears without saying anything and I still stuck with a disabled vehicle. The manager told me they are not mechanics and do I want him to tow it to one really....smh

I called to get a quote on a tow, they were polite but a little more expensive than I could afford so I went with lowrance recovery and towing instead because they had a better price. Mr. Lowrance gave me outstanding customer service!

Never open and difficult to contact. I had to call the dispatch to open the yard and she refused but their business claims they are 24/7. Totally disappointed.
