Went into Buddys because having problems with another company just to weigh out my options. Mike went above and beyond to answer any questions that we had and gave us recommendations on to which products would best suit our immediate needs and at a MUCH LOWER COST! Our experience at Buddys definitely was an excellent one. Highly recommend!

Buddys in Goldsboro they are the best I have dealt with in while customer service was excellent and them willing to work within your budget is awesome. I had the pleasure of working with two of the best Mike and Haley. They should get a raise they really do look out for the best way they can help. I will be dealing with them from now on no one else.

Took my money, no respect for women. At first, the lady I spoke to was very helpful, she took pictures of the inventory on the floor and texted them to me so that I could pick out the appliances I wanted and took the payment. After I was informed that they could not deliver at a time I was going to be home and found a better offer elsewhere, I called to cancel my order (mind you, they took the payment and told me about the delivery time afterwards and it took me around 30 minutes to call another store and find a better deal) to try to get my money back. I was informed that I had to go in the store, that they could not refund me over the phone. I made plans to go but due to my work schedule I was unable to do so. I was finally changed to a different shift at work and decided to call Buddy’s to set up and appointment to get my money back only to be informed by Mike, the general manager, that their system is showing that I was credited my money back 3 MINUTES, after they took it out of my account. I asked him for his email, emailed him my bank statements showing him that there are no credits from their store, and for the most past I was only told that nothing could be done about it. I was also told that I would be getting a call back today at 9:00am. I called them at 11:00am and their employee John really is no help at all, he will put you on hold and tell you that he doesn’t know anything, that he only works there. After showing them my bank statements, calling back and forth for two days, I was met with a lot of “IF” this is true and “There was never a contract with you” and “I’ll see what we can do’s” but then as soon as my husband gave them a call, Mike was immediately able to contact the Regional Manager and actually, hopefully, is trying to do something about the situation but when it was just I, a woman, I just kept being given the run around.I guess I, as a woman, am just good enough to take money over the phone but not really give any help or solutions to by the current employees.I’m hoping to hear something back from them and will update my review accordingly.

They is worrisome. They call and text the day before your due date, the day of and harass you for the payment. I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody.
