They have nice used cars some of them cost to much thats why i got a new one time you pay 5000 for a used one it best to get a new one
Lee Hyundai (Goldsboro) Service Dept. has had some changes in service staff that seems positive. The more pleasant attitude, greater courtesy and better communication of the new staff additions raises our opinion of this dealers service.However, they still fall far short in real repair quality from Lee Ford - Lincoln in Wilson.Also, although L.H.G. has assured us that a Service Notice for engine computer reprogramming has been done befoe we took delivery of our Santa Fe Sport, Hyundai recently sent us a formal RECALL NOTICE for this exact repair, advised us that REPAIR WAS INCOMPLETE, yet L.H.G. continues (on 3 separate occasions over a full year) to resolve this problem with either their repair work quality or their documentation !!That is NOT evidence of a true quality dealer who does their business carefully, takes action immediately to admit/resolve their own errors, honestly cares about their relationship with customers and takes pride in their service reputation.L.H.G. needs some careful self review, improvement in service dept. (perhaps main dealer) management, and real effort to make employees take more pride, care and responsibility in all their work !!!
