Went through entire process (test drive, financial, etc) to find out all Deacon Jones add $3,995 for Deacon Jones Advantage that is added to every vehicle whether you want it or not! Online price was over $4,000 less that price on worksheet. Sticker price was mirrored online price. When I questioned why the price quoted to me in the dealership was over $4,000 more than the price listed online, we were told that they could not advertise a higher price than the Nissan MSRP. The Deacon Advantage was included in the price and was not listed as a line item, nor was it optional. Our sales person (Christian) was excellent. He provided a grand tour of the vehicle and its features, but we walked out the door because Deacon Advantage was not optional! The sales manager who came out to explain the deceptive online price was very arrogant and acted like we were stupid. Guess he is not use to people being observant and catching the additional fee he tried to sneak into the price. Be careful when shopping this location. EXPECT to pay $4,000 over the sticker price. I would have never wasted 2+ hours of my time if they were transparent about their mandatory fees.

Brandon,with the service department, was very professional in explaining my options on a transmission repair. I had several requests that he met in a timely manner. He even arranged for delivery of my vehicle to my residence upon completion of the repair. this really surpassed my expectations. Vehicle runs like new, Great work guys!

I live approximately 45 miles from this dealer, however it has always been worth the drive to have my Nissan serviced. Brandon in the Service department is the best I have ever worked with. He always makes me feel taken care of and like he has my pocket book/best interest in mind. I could easily go somewhere closer, but his customer service will ALWAYS have me making the drive there. I have never felt ripped off, or like I was being upsold which as a female, seems to be what can easily happen. Thank you Brandon in service for truly being amazing!

Had a lot done on this visit. Fixed hood latch recall, had oil changed, and purchased new tires for my 2016 Altima. All the work was done well and finished within a reasonable amount of time. My battery died just as I arrived. Brandon took care of checking the battery and alternator for me. The battery was not even two years old and had come from AutoZone. He made sure the battery was charged enough to get me back to where I bought it for a free replacement. I appreciated that he never mentioned me buying a battery from him while I was there. He was looking after the customer, not just his bottom line. Thanks to Brandon.

Our buying experience from Deacon Jones Nissan was nothing short of amazing. I wasn’t sure exactly what midsize SUV I wanted but my salesperson Tiffany was willing to help pull any SUV they had available to help me compare. Brandon in finance was very articulate and upfront about costs, fees, extended warranty options and anything that matters when it comes down to the price. Calif is the sales manager and was nothing short of helpful! They stayed past close for us two nights in a row in order for us to find our perfect vehicle. We purchased a pretty much new preowned and had an issue the day after purchase with a tire. The dealership did not hesitate to correct the issue in a very prompt manner. Again when we are in the market for our next vehicle I will definitely be going back to Deacon Jones Nissan as the team we had were phenomenal.

Erick Hernandez was more than accommodating from day 1. My boyfriend and I were in the market to upgrade from our minivan. He took the time and went through a side by side comparison of a suburban vs. the Expedition max available on the lot. It was later in the evening when we stopped by to take a look at the Expedition. He was more than understanding of our schedule and time and communicated with us over the phone for majority of the deal. Erick is very personable and follows up without being pushy. When we came back to sign paper work, we were in and out in no time! The easiest car buying process I’ve had to date! Highly recommend the dealer and Erick!

No masks. Were in the middle of a pandemic and not a single employee was wearing a mask to protect the health of each other or their customers. My tire pressure was also not checked which I thought the multi-point inspection covered. If there was another dealership in the area I would go to it. I am more often than not disappointed or even dismayed by the customer service and vehicle service I get here. We loved our dealership, Faulkner Nissan of Harrisburg, back home where every customer is treated like royalty and the service is always excellent.

I recently went to to this dealer for service. I was quoted $110 for a diagnostic fee which represented one hour of labor. Once completed, I was charged $120. I was told the computer charged me $120 plus shop fees, tax etc. (second time computer was issue) I was told this would be taken off when the work was performed so I paid it. I was told the job was a 3 hour job. When that bill came, I was charged more than what should have amounted to 3 hours labor plus the total shop fees I was quoted for shop fees on estimate. The original amounts did not come off as stated. Then to further compound the problem, I was told that I could not get warranty on genuine nissan parts through the official nissanusa website and have them shipped to deacon jones, that I had to get them from them. I was told they were not familiar with that site, it was operated by someone else. Yet when I got an online price quote it came emailed from deacon jones from the parts and service manager at deacon jones. Let me just say the online parts were almost $200 cheaper. The official nissan site states that you can you can order parts online and maintain a warranty as long as they are installed by the dealer the day of pick-up. After numerous calls/emails (parts and service manager said he was extremely busy), he eventually told me that he didnt owe me any money back. This is how deaCON jones nissan treats their customers (I purchased a brand new car from them some years ago). Needless to say, I will not be returning. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

Well I can say that Deacon Nissan and I have never seen eye to eye but my wife and I went this Saturday the 24th March 2018 just to test drive a 2018 Pathfinder. The sales man Scott was amazing and a veteran at that (we have same friends) found out by talking which was awesome. GO SEE SCOTT!!! Well they beat the deal that Fred Anderson offered by a long shot and had our vehicle ready in no time. Because we had time to spare and the deal was great they came back with a 2017 Titan that..well even my wife couldn’t say no to. So we traded in our Rogue and Titan for 2 NEW Nissan’s a Pathfinder and of course another Titan. On Monday the paperwork was a little messed up and Brian took his time talking to our bank SECU and handled it before days end. I’ve been Nissan loyal since 2004 and brought my wife into the family in 2011. I can honestly say we will never drive another brand and this made our 6th purchase from Deacon.1. Frontier2 Rogue’s1. Update 3/12/21: I’ve had multiple issues with the 2020 Altima i purchased. The dealership and Nissan consumer affairs doesn’t seem concerned that I have had so many trips to the service department and issues with the car since I purchased it brand new. The recent service visit I was told that the car was fixed and I couldn’t even get out of the parking lot without having the same issues again. They seem to just give the run around to their customers. The customer service after the sale is done, is very disappointing and lacking.Tiffany was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was great and no pressure. She made sure that the car was the perfect fit for my needs. I highly recommend her as a sales person. I will definitely be back to deacon jones in the future to buy and for service.

I went to Deacon Jones Nissan because there was a orange key light on in my car and it stopped changing gears i was told it was a security issue and when i called i told them i wanted it reset. The people were nice there but i was charges 120.00 for a diagnostic when i wanted it reset. I gave a review and then i received a phone call asking why i left a bad review. I called the manufacturers a d made a complaint and i called another woman at Deacon Jones Nissan and she acted like it was such a problem but said she would look into it after not really listening to me. I just want someone to tell me why when my battery died and it was jumped a orange keylight came on and it stopped changing gears and everyone wants to say its the transmission but it is a security issue. I jist wont be going back to pay that much money for something i could have had done for free.

After hours of communication, Deacon Jones backed out of a deal they agreed to. I sent a copy of a competitors price on a truck inclusive of my trade, and asked them if they would be able to beat it or match it for an exact match truck. They told me yes. Once the deal made it past sales, they had my information and the sales manager was reviewing, after they hit my credit mind you, they told me they made a mistake and didnt fully understand what they agreed to. It was at this point they told me they couldnt do what they promised and that they had to back out. Dont trust them. Plenty of other dealers around. I found one that stood by their word in the end.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont deal with this place its not worth the headache hoenstly just go somewhere else. They give you the run around, tell you false information, and lie to you. Its just so much underlying things that you have to pay attention to so they dont mess you up on the paperwork and charge you extra for. Then when its time to service your vehicle under the contract they try to charge you for the free service that comes with the vehicle when you get it. Never will deal the place again or recommend them to anyone. Id walk before I would have to deal with this place ever again.

I needed a vehicle. My truck quit on me and I needed a ride fast. I was greeted by a salesman and he asked me to come on in and discuss a price on a 2020 Nissan Sentra. He and the sales staff did everything to work with me and put me in a new car. In about 3 or 4 hours I was driving home on a new Nissan Sentra.

Great!! This particular time I needed an unscheduled service visit. On my way out of town family emergency and I pulled up at 5pm. I was asked if I could make an appt. I said I couldn’t this time and graciously my car was pulled in and serviced in 30 minutes. I was very grateful as I needed to get to my daughter and didn’t want to be worried about that maintenance light being on the dash.

My wife brought our vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and replacement of one part covered under the warranty, thats all. But, They flushed the brake master cylinder and changed the fluid after telling my wife the fluid had turned black and it had to be done. However, extra things were done that she did not give consent to. I believe that, because she is a woman and obviously knows nothing of vehicles, that was noticed and she was taken advantage of. And ended up paying a $339 chargeWhen I called to speak to a manager I was pretty much told, whats done is done. And at no time did he offer to make it right.

I went to the Goldsboro dealership last fFriday with the purpose of buying a new Armada. My brother took me while my car was being serviced elsewhere. I had purchased a Rogue from them in 2013 after graduating from nursing school. That experience was really nice. But this time no one came out of the show room to say one thing. Customer service was not one of there strong points on that day. I’m not sure if they felt I was unable to purchase a car or what, but I was really disappointed with the lack of service.
