Natalie was a pleasure to deal with when we purchased two Marimekko king duvet sets. Due to COVID-19, the shipment of one of them was held up, but Natalie made sure that we got a coupon to make up for the delay. Also, with the first one, we were moving from NJ to TN and Natalie shipped the first one faster than usual without charging us for rush shipping. We had a spectacular trip to Iceland this past summer and were lucky enough to catch site of a pair of Puffins that had not yet migrated!
