I felt I was in good hands.Also, the manager told me it’s a family owned AND eco-friendly local dry cleaner, so I’m happy to support this business. My partner and I will be back!

Christy is an absolutely fantastic seamstress and has been tailoring my clothing for a few years now. She pays close attention to detail, listens, and her work is superb. I recommend her for any of your tailoring needs!

I had to get a dress hemmed for a wedding party I was included in. It was a great honor to be asked to be a bridesmaid, and I left the wedding feeling embarrassed by my dress. I have used Pilgrims before for dry cleaning and had no problems- but I have never had anything altered before. I was able to get in for a fitting the same day which was great, and it took the seamstress 7 days to simply shorten the dress. That was all. I am confident I could have done a better job. Shame on me for not looking at the dress fully upon pick up, but at the wedding people pointed out chalk marks visible on my dress. The sunlight picked this up. Then upon examination I saw the hemline was falling apart. I will never use nor recommend working with Pilgrims again.

Christy, the seamstress at this location is amazing! Ive had her alter dresses, and jeans throughout the past few years and am always pleased with how they turn out. Recently I brought her my wedding dress to be altered and she did beautiful work on it. It fit perfect, which is so important for a strapless dress, and the length was spot on. When i need an alteration I will always go to her!

I have been using the delivery service provided here and have nothing but positive review for them. The driver communicates regularly, the service is consistent and in-line with what I expect from a top-tier dry cleaner. Would recommend to anyone but especially busy professionals who like their dress clothes picked up from and delivered to their office.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHES!!! Last month was the very first (and last) time we used this dry cleaner. My wife and I dropped off approximately 15 items - 14 very reasonably priced items and ONE pair of very expensive Prada slacks. Guess which item went missing??? After 3 weeks of Im sure they will turn up, promises of follow-ups and action that never happened, I finally was able to speak to the manager who low-balled the value of my item and sent out a check to cover the expense (not really even close to allowing me to purchase a new pair). I wouldnt trust this place to clean my garage towels - there are a million dry cleaners out there, GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE!

I’ve used driveway pick up with Pilgrim for years. Always very dependable and my dry cleaning is well done! Last month I needed an alteration for a garment for my elderly mother. The seamstress called me to better understand how to alter it based on mom’s posture so she wouldn’t trip on the garment. I thought that was WAY good customer service!

Ive had a great experience with pilgrim dry cleaners. Kelly did a wonderful job setting us up for success and checked in initially, which was awesome. Brett, our designated pickup contact, has been super communicative and accommodating of changes to our schedule; he is responsive to any concerns we have with pick-up and drop-off and overall provides a great service!

Awesome service. Pull up to the door for quick runs. Texting when your things are ready. And great hours for working people. I bet they have more services I havent heard of yet.

Pilgrim Cleaners really helped me out about a month ago. The week before my friend’s wedding I realized that my bridesmaid’s dress needed to be altered. I called Pilgrim Cleaners to ask if they had a tailor and if they could do the alteration before the wedding the next weekend. They said they should be able to and asked me to stop by on Monday to drop off the dress. Which I did, and the tailor was awesome! She had me try on the dress and suggested how she thought the dress could look better on me. She said she would have the dress done by Thursday evening and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost. She was right on time and on budget! I will definitely be taking my alterations to her in the future.

Friendly staff; Excellent dry cleaner and launderer. The on premises alterations are second to none! I have never had anything not meet or exceed my expectations. I am extremely satisfied.

I dropped off nine still shirts for dry cleaning. I got nine perfect shirts back. Its hard to believe how expensive dry cleaning is. Yikes! Still, good service here.

I am re-writing the post because the Manager never honor my coupons, shes rude and disrespectful and always seem like I shouldnt be coming there so I am done with this cleaners they charges me a lot for some reason and I will take my business else where.If you want your clothes looking the best go to Pilgrims

Been fairly pleased overall. When I had some issues, I was taken care of. Had to negotiate a little more than I wouldve liked but in the end they did what was right. Thats all I expect.

Our favorite dry cleaner in the Twin Cities. They pick up you clothes at your door stop and deliver a couple days later! Always prompt and courteous, too!

Terrible experience with my wedding gown preservation. I had to go back 3 different times because they didnt clean it well, then didnt box it, and AGAIN didnt box it. No one seemed to know what was going on or what they were supposed to do with it. The last time I went in to get the dress, it still wasnt boxed and I heard the associates scrambling around in the back saying, just jam it in this box....Seriously? I paid over $250 to have my wedding dress forgotten about, not cleaned and have Pilgrim waste my time. I asked for some of my money back and they refused. I will never recommend or use Pilgrim again. If they can charge that much money and cant take care of a wedding dress, can they handle everyday clothes?

Ok if you drop your clothes off. Tried to sign up for delivery and they wont return calls or emails.

Poor customer service. Staff acts as if they are doing you a favor.One time I was having trouble using a coupon and the clerk said he could not help me because he didnt normally work in that store.When I call for the tailor all the staff can say is if she is there or not. They seem to not have access to her calendar and kust know when she will be in next.Typically the staff is not polite. I am probably done going there.

Ive used Pilgrim twice in the last two years and had bad experiences both times.The first occasion, I brought two items into the location at Lake St near Calhoun. I brought the items home and realized one of the items did not belong to me. They did locate my coat a week or two later and offered me a $5 coupon for the inconvenience. After that experience I began using the dry cleaner at my office and have been happy with their services.More recently, I brought a blanket in that my son had an accident on. I rinsed it out and one of the colors began to bleed so I rushed it into the Pilgrim in Golden Valley while it was still wet. The woman behind the counter assured me they would take care of it and do their best to clean it. When I went to pick it up, they said there was a delay and to come back the next business day. When I returned again I was offered someone elses multicolored blanket instead (?) and I had to call the manager for more information. She said they send away their stuff to another company and they had decided they couldnt clean it without the colors bleeding, so they just left it sitting there without any follow up.I am so disappointed. Now the colors/stain have most likely set since its been lying around for two weeks without any treatment. It was a really special/important treasure of mine and I felt the employee there had no sympathy or compassion about it. Im going to take it to my regular drycleaner now and see if they can help me which I now regret I did not do in the first place. The blanket has been dry cleaned before so I dont understand why Pilgrim is unable to take care of it.

My husband and I have used Pilgrims in Golden Valley 4 or 5 times and the last few times at least one, if not 2 of our garments have been ripped/torn. We complained each time and they didnt have much of a response.We also brought my husbands linen suit we purchased for our wedding to them to be steamed before our we walked down the aisle and they stained the back pockets. The stain could not be reversed and new pants could not be ordered in time for our wedding. My husband had stains on his behind while we stood at the altar.We will never be back!

I brought into items to be cleaned and needed them the next day for a family ceremony to which they promised it would be done. I called them to make sure that my order would be ready to be picked up, but was surprised when they told me it had not even been started yet. Very unsatisfied And I would not recommend.

I originally viewed other reviews at this location and was hesitant to go because I didnt want my white dress ruined. What started as a white dress, came back after dry cleaned with multiple spots back on it. I complained that these were not on here before and they refused to take claim on it.Would not recommend this company. Pricing is quite high as well.
