Such a great place for young families and everyone in between. Your facilities and variety of programs, on top of your family / child focused staff are too notch! Thank you all for all you do.

This is great for families and they have an awesome lap pool and a really nice climbing gym. If you like tennis theyve got about eight courts, a dance studio, and a full gymnastics studio as well as your standard running machines and weightlifting gym.

I signed up late January due to the waived membership fee deal. I called numerous times to set up a new member orientation only to be told repeatedly they were understaffed and couldnt commit to a tour. On our first and only visit, we were barely greeted and given brief directions on how to find the Wellness Center. After walking around, up and down stairwells for 20 minutes, we asked for directions again at the front desk. Directions led us everywhere but the Wellness center so we returned to the desk once again for help. Another member ended up helping us find our way. The wellness center was dirty, very shocking to find with COVID awareness. The treadmill my daughter was going to use was covered in huge fingerprints. We decided to cancel our membership and was told the next months fee would be waived - it wasnt. When I reached out to resolve this, I never received a response. As someone who was a member all throughout my childhood at the Concord YMCA, this was a disappointing and unprofessional experience.4/21 update: Ive reached out numerous times and still have not received the fee refund or a single response.

Used to be my favorite gym, but now you pay a ridiculous price to not use the gym. Nobody wants to schedule an appointment to go to the gym, the mask mandate has been lifted in the state of NH. If you don’t like it stay home. I’ve also heard that ever since COVID it’s been more dirty. How about you stop requiring masks, and actually clean the place?

Been taking tennis lessons and going to summer camps for so many years now. Once you get to know people, it’s a very welcoming community even though it might not seem like it at first. Tennis is wonderful, highly skilled instructors as you get better and progress to the higher levels.

Great place for swimming and general pool usage. Clean and friendly. Sometimes parking can be a little hard.

One of the better Ys around, I spend a lot of time here. Its very clean and the staff are the best. The only complains would be parking or summer hours (slightly shorter). I also wonder why it costs money to play on the tennis courts, when everything else is included in membership fees. Always a great experience though!

The YMCA is a fantastic place for the whole family. The fabulous gym and pool along with the after school program cant be beat! Our granddaughter loved it!

Great variety of sports and interests for all age groups. The childcare, kindergarten team up with local schools for transportation to and from is excellent, best in the state. All team works at the Y are professional, kind and courteous and ate very attentive and good with the little ones!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!!!! From someone that visits there several times a week!!!!

Expansive indoor tennis facility here. Large indoor lap pool and also a smaller training pool. Excellent facilities & class offerings. One of the nicest “Y”’s I’ve seen. They also have a kid’s camp. It’s a beautiful location at the edge of the woods and they do a kid’s camp here as well.

This is one of my favorite gyms Ive ever been to and I have been to a lot! The machines are all pretty new and everything always seems clean and sanitary. I actually see staff cleaning every time I am there. The staff is all friendly and helpful. The kids programs (I have had mine in ballet and gymnastics) are great! The gymnastics center is huge with everything you could need. I couldnt believe how much they taught just for toddlers in both classes! The childcare gets an A+ just for the staff alone, although i wish the room was bigger. The childcare staff genuinely cares about these kids and keeps me very informed! They are all so great and responsible! By far my favorite childcare I have ever used!My only real complaint about the gym is the layout is very unusual. You have to walk all the way on a huge circle and down stairs to get to the fitness center. A small price to pay for a great overall experience though.

One of the best YMCA’s I’ve seen

This Y has it all. From a warm 92 degree pool to tennis. There are so many classes that are included in the membership as well as diverse senior program.

Very clean, wonderful staff, great selection of health activities and equipment.

A great place! Facility is great. Staff is friendly. Personal training is top notch. Went to a couple of other Ys when I was traveling. Made me appreciate this Y all the more! My husband and I are both members and we would highly recommend this place

Goffstown Y is a great place to work out and spend family time. They have a great tennis program, levels up in course work and drill work nicely and has active league teams. Large pools in and out, a gymnastic program, wellness programs, a climbing wall, drop off care, daycare and after school/summer programs.

Although the Goffstown location has many more amenities than Manchester, thats about all they offer. No one ever greets us as we enter or even looks up as we leave. Its a very cold-feeling environment. The tennis courts are extra each time you use them and they dont even provide towel service like the Manchester location. On the upside the people who work the climbing wall are great.

Ive been coming here for 6 months I got the membership for the weight room which is tiny and way outdated. There is no ventilation in there and always stinks. Now that its the first of the year and they are giving everyone discounts to join the gym is always crammed is way over crowded Im a paying customer and now I cant even get in there to work out because the resolutioners. Its not cool they should stop selling gym memberships needless to say Ii quit this gym I would not sign up for this place is your looking to work out its way over priced the parking is a nightmare

This is a great facility! Weight room, cardio equipment, fitness classes, tennis courts, pool, steam room and sauna; it has it all. There is also child daycare and an outdoor pool too but its too cold for that now. Theres gymnastics a basketball court and a rock wall too. The staff are all great too; even the other members are friendly. The membership is a little pricey but its a quality place and well worth the price.

Excellent classes with many options on various days and times. Two parking lots allow for good access but not everyone can park by the front door :) so one may have to walk a few steps more to go and workout.... very clean.

Great local place for all of your sports, swim, exercise and activity needs.

We do water aerobics there and it is fantastic. We also have a great granddaughter who takes swim lessons and she loves it as well. Instructors for both are wonderful.

Affordable club to swim. Kids take swim classes here and they do a great job. Parking can be a bit of a hassle during the busier times, but is expected. Great place.

Only held back on the 5 stars because the weight area is small and gets crowded easily. Otherwise a very clean and well maintained facility.

Rude staff. Parking is bad...classes overpriced for quality of instruction. Aquatics director doesnt return calls, and the birthday party planner doesnt either.

I went with my scouts and they had a blast. The staff is so friendly and even joined in. The climbing wall is perfect for the kids and the pool is nice and warm

Family has been going here last 15 years, sons have done the summer camp every summer, at 16 my son is now a camp counselor , they have been a great role model and Im happy to have them!

The gymnastics classes are great for kids, the pool is fun in the winter, and the workout room has plenty of machines. The kids babysitting room is not as good as other local YMCAs rooms. I think charging court fees for the tennis facilities is a bad choice.

Our Grandson goes here for all kinds of activities. This is a great place , friendly people with activities for all ages. A great resource for the town.

Have been going to this Y several times weekly for a year + now, people always friendly, equipment is always spotless (I dont use pool sorry). Equipment numbers (cardio) could be more as frequently maxed out (none available).

Beautiful family with tons to choose from. We went to a gymnastics birthday party here and they had a ton of equipment and the kids were throughly exhausted after the party.

Its a nice facility & its got everything you might require for wellness with the style of staff one might expect.

The people are super nice but the pool is a little dated

Worst experience ever! To start, we took my daughter swimming last night and about 10 minutes into it the pool closed because a kid actually pooped in the pool. Gross but not their fault. The night got worse!When preparing to leave my daughter noticed her boots were missing! We looked in all the lost and found areas, nowhere to be found. Some horrible human being stole my 8 yr olds boots in the middle of winter! Unbelievable!Now to the issue I have with the ymca itself, how they handled it. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, all the lady said was “they’re not up here” and I said well I have to walk out of here with only socks so my kid can have boots in the middle of winter, so what are you going to do about this? All she said was that she would email a couple of managers to let them know to keep an eye out for them. She never even took my contact info to get ahold of me in case they found them. I want more than anything to cancel our membership unfortunately my kids do a lot of activities there so I’m kind of forced to continue. So beyond underwhelmed and just incrediblely sad to live in a world where someone can be okay with taking shoes from a child in the middle of winter!

This is about Birthday Party in gym area. They messed this for my daughters birthday very unprofessional. Whatever they explained as part of package nothing happened, wasted my miney. I shpuld have gone to MyGym they do much better job.

The best pool around, love the whole place.

Its a awsome place to spend some time with the family or get lots of exrsize. It has a great cardio room to exrsize in and 2 inside pools and also 1 outdoor pool, Rope climbing with lessons (if needed), kids center it adults want time to them selfs, tennis courts, gymnastics club, Sana, basketball court on inside and one outside.

Place is great, my entire family enjoys it here.
