I have this old mining rig I turned to gaming. Wouldn’t post , so I left it with the for a diagnostic. In just a few hours I had a detailed explanation of the issue and although they couldn’t support that repair, it gave me the information and direction I needed to fix the motherboard. With their help my $2500 paper weight actually runs games now.Thanks Tiny Planet!

Power supply burned out on a Saturday morning. Called Steve at about 10:30, dropped off computer at 11:00, Home and up and running by 12:00. Great service, affordable, and most importantly very honest. Highly recommend. Will return if needed.

I’ve always been very happy with the occasional service I’ve had from these guys. This time, when I got my computer back from a tune up, I couldn’t locate my documents folder, most of my frequent apps, and most importantly, my business email was gone. Office apparently had to be repaired, and reinstalled. I went back to the store, they took a cursory look and basically said “they didn’t see that account”, and were pretty disinterested in helping me reconstruct my desk top so I could function again. Wasn’t worth pushing through the dissmive attitude.

So much for trying to support a local business. Came in last year to get my cellphone screen replaced, it was a great service. But I came back for another phones screen replacement recently. Got the phone back more broken than when I brought it in. So disappointed and never again!

These guys are great, punctual, attentive, and while they currently service Apple phones exclusively, they were able to find the little glass piece that went over my HTC camera lens and replace it quickly and affordably. They do work on laptops and desktops of all brands and in this veritable throw-away culture we live in today it is nice to see a repair store that actually thrives providing a useful service.
