The worst place I’ve ever lived, and the people here not only the neighbors, the management… Are liars, sneaky, and “nothing is their fault “because it’s “private property “?. That’s such baloney when your car is surrounded by “20 live cameras “, and then gets not hit and run, totaled and run and because the criminal by them, the management was not found. We had to pay two times for our car to be you know the 500 deductible plus damages because “it’s not their fault “

Great place for apartment LIVING. Right in Gloucester mass. Home of big tuna and the Gloucester fisherman! On the water. Large park near by and close to ROCKPORT MA.

Love it ! Been here for 4 years never had a problem. :) all updated modern kitchen and bathroom. Very clean quiet and friendly. staff is on top of things and very helpful!

Really nice environments .

I lived at the heights for many years. They say they are kid friendly but are not. Your children will get yelled at for playing outside and they are not allowed to play indoors either. When I moved out, my apartment was spotless, however, I still did not receive my security deposit back. Many people I have spoken to experienced the same problems. The heights are liars and thieves

Its corporate yes the appointments r nice. Yes theres a pool and fitness room but when it comes down to them haven a heart. They dont they dont care about u. They want their money thats the only thing that matters to them. To hell with if u had a massive heart attack and cant lift. My favorite is when someone dies and they send messages to the family telling them they have to have all the stuff out or they will charge them the next months rent. So if u rent from this place just keep in mind its corporate ran and they dont care about u one bit.

A fine mix of apartments and some condos located on a hill with great views, certain upkeep needs kept up but structurally a good spot

Small bedroom apartments Perry closed in but hey very relaxed and if youre a single parent

Maybe great views, but no rooms.Drive half an hour just to hear what information on the site is outdated, and nearest lease possible after 3 months instead of 1 week (

Resided here 15 years, excellent management, pool, fire pit, bbq, gym, nice view, safe, quiet apartments.

Possibly one of the best places to live in the area.
