My boyfriend had his hair cut after two and a half years. We were both nervous for how it would turn out. His stylist was amazing and listened to what he wanted for his hair.

We have taken my son here when our other barber was not available. Unfortunately previous visit will be the last. I don’t want to post names... but one stylist in particular is not nice to children... she is down right bland and mean. I decided to get my haircut after my son because it was convenient... well this person in particular assumed I shared the same political values as her and decided to dump her rude, and bias political values on me. It amazes me how some people cannot respect each other. On top of all that... I paid an outrageous amount for two simple haircuts... and they charge a cleaning fee for you to get your haircut there during Covid pandemic. So it’s our fault? I wouldNot recommend Regis to my enemies. Thanks for the haircut... but will not be back.

What happens when your stylist fails to show up for work; the salon manager fails to call and inform you about the stylists failure; and the managers solution is to take you 2.5 hours later after youve walked into the salon? One long-standing client (who brought in several friends/family members over the years) who will NOT trust this salon with her hair services any longer. If corporate is listening... hear this. Today was not a fine example of creative problem solving on the managers part.

I have been going to Regis since I was 16, and must say it has slowly become less than statatory each time. Rude!I have been so blessed to find Danas Salon next to Thunder River to provide experience and professionalism. No back handed remarks no drama...Really feeling that pick me up I expect from a true professional Salon.

Great knowledgeable staff, always friendly. Can usually get seen in a reasonable amount of time without an appointment. Always get the haircut I want. And theyre open in the evenings so you can go after work.

I asked when I called about an a-line cut. The girl said with confidence she was amazing at a-lines. I explained several times that i was going to my sisters wedding in 4 days and that i needed a great cut, i also explained that I did not want the front any shorter than what it was already. She seemed confident. I made an appointment. Needless to say I was in tears when I left. She completely hacked the hair cut. It is short on top and long in the middle, it look like a 2 year old grabbed a chunk of my hair while I was sleeping and cut it. The other stylist there smirked as I panicked. And yes they charged me full price. I would never recommend this place. I will have to find another salon in 4 days that can fix what this lady did. My hair will be so short it wont even be considered an a-line style anymore.

I called ahead to get my hair dyed and they said it would be fine. When I arrived the girl behind the desk just snickered at me when I showed her what I wanted. Needless to say I walked out and went to ultra beauty salon, they were much more professional about what I wanted.

Nikkie is absolutely the best hair stylist, she managed to turn my bad hair cut into stylish perfect A shape bob. I recommend everyone I know to go to her. She is amazing. Im extremely grateful. She has been doing it for 11 years and knows her job like No one else.

Jen always does a great job! Shes great with my daughter, takes her time to get it just right (which I appreciate) and is the only stylist I call on for everyone in my family.

I highly recommend Grace as a stylist at Regis. I came upon her by happenstance and am so impressed with the highlight, cut, and style she did with my hair. Five out of five stars ✨ for sure.

Dwayne Putnam is THE BOMB. Rarely have I found a hair stylist who can perfect the short haircut, but Dwayne is fabulous! He knows what hes doing, both with the cut and color. I tend to get bored easily, & theres not much you can change with a short cut. Having said that, I come out of Regis with a slightly different look each time. Dwayne is the epitome of creativity--hes not just a stylist, he is an ARTIST.

Poor poor customer service. Tried to take my niece for a haircut. They tell us theyre going to call us when ready and when a while had passed we went back in and told us they were never going to call that they supposedly dont do that. They obviously need to discuss that process with the employees that work there.

They are always friendly and do a good job waxing my brows.

I just had the absolute worst experience at Regis.I have been going there for almost 10 years, I just went in for a very easy trim. Ive always gone in with my hair damp and shampooed, my trim takes less than 10 minutes, Im in and out in 15 minutes, the girls charge me $25 which is a kids cut.The manager was the one who cut my hair this time, she was very passive aggressive, made me feel uneasy with her attitude and made my experience the most uncomfortable experience Ive ever had in a hair salon. She charged me double what I usually pay and pretty much told me that her hairdressers who have always allowed me to come in with damp hair instead of getting it washed there, and who have charged me for a kids cut because my cut is so quick and easy, were now going to get in trouble because of me! When we left my daughter couldnt believe how rude she was to me... Dont go there....

Worst haircut ever, TWICE. I went in and asked for a style. When she finished my hair was still wet, so I could not really see what the finish looked like.The next day after washing and drying, it looked like a bowl haircut. I went back the following day and patiently and carefully explained what I was trying to accomplish.When she was finished, it was the opposite of what I asked for. If I wanted a bad haircut, I could have gone next door to cost cutters for half the price.DO NOT GO THERE!

I went in for a full foil, Jaime was very detailed when doing my hair. I got exactly what I asked, and what I loved was that she took her time for perfection.

Hours were listed Monday-Friday open till 8:00 pm. I arrived there are 7:40 pm to buy shampoo. Lights were on, doors were locked and no one was in sight. I drove 45 minutes to get there, what a wasted trip. If you are going to close early, show that on the internet.

Good cuts

Had my hair cut and dyed on mother’s day. The color lasted about two weeks and looks horrible. For what they charge it should have lasted at least a month. Would find somewhere else to go.
