Scheduled for a cab pickup two days in advance online. Called 5 minutes before pickup the guy basically hung up on me and no one came. And they lie about not having records of dissatisfied customers when they just ignore text messages that have their READ RECIPIENTS ON. Bad company do not trust

I ordered a minivan totake us to Union Station. They didnt show. After 2 more phone calls we canceled and ordered Uber XL. They came within 10 minutes.

Called a taxi for my mom and grandmother to get home from the hospital, and instead they were left stranded. in the middle of a snowstorm.at first i was told 15 minutes, then 10 minutes later my mom was, and next thing we knew an hour and a half had gone by and they were no longer answering the phone. absolutely unacceptable. why lie, why not just say you are unavailable?will never use their services again and will make sure everyone i know is aware of their incompetence. i dont even know how they are in business. i am so disgusted.
