Weve had silverfish issues for years that our prior exterminator never eradicated despite multiple requests. We were locked into a contract where all they did was spray the baseboards but never took care of the source of the problem. Quick Kill came out and went into the attic and eradicated the source. We havent seen any silverfish for a few months now and we were previously seeing them every few days. I would not hesitate to use this company again if we have any issues.

I called Quick Kill on a Wednesday at 3:00pm and by 8:00am the following day JP came to my house to diagnose a problem I was having. Luckily, he determined that birds were entering a dryer vent and and he was able to solve the problem with coverings that screwed over the vents. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the situation. I will definitely call Quick Kill again if another problem should arise. I highly recommend them!!

I have been using this service for over a year. From day one incredibly responsive and for my emergency initially came out on a Saturday. Cant recommend the company. We have a pest issue in what seems to be the ceiling of our 2nd floor master bedroom. Waited a week for the appt. He Didnt take a ladder to look at the roof for an entry point. Said he couldnt go into the attic because hed get in trouble. Told us that he cant help us because its in a weird spot and that i should put mouse traps in the attic and hopefully itll take care of it. We called a professional because it is in a tricky spot! Or else wed totally tackle it ourselves. His visit lasted several minutes and he was gone. It was as if we asked a neighbor who doesnt do this professionally to just come by and give his opinion. We wasted a week.

Had issues with carpenter ants invading our home. Andrew took the time to answer all of our questions and did a very thorough job, as we couldnt find a single live ant the next day.We always get a handful of college kids knocking on our door this time of year trying to hard sell us on signing up for insect treatment plans. I dont trust them. Would rather spend the extra money and make sure the job is done right.The wife and I are very pleased with the results and plan on using Quick Kill in the future.

We moved into our house two years ago and every spring and summer, there was always ants around the house perimeter. First year we hired Aptive since they were going around the neighborhood promoting their service, which seemed plausible. They had come every quarter to spray the outside perimeter, however, even after every service, I still saw ants around. Finally, after the 1-year minimum contract was over, I cancelled it since I wouldve done a better job. However, second year was where the real problem appeared when the ants showed up INSIDE the houses first AND second floors. Quick Kill Exterminating had very positive reviews and decided to give them a try. After setting up a time and day, they were on time to arrive and provide the service. The technician sprayed upstairs, downstairs, and the basement, where he showed me the ants nest between the concrete and house framing. Afterwards, he sprayed outside in a pesticide body suit and mask. He explained these ants had been here before we moved in, since it wasnt an overnight event, but just happened to occur while were living there. Not knowing how well their service would be, we still signed up for the quarterly service since the ants would likely make their way back after this first time. There were a few ants that still appeared during the 2-wk period, but he explained thats normal since the ants have to carry it back to the nest. Fortunately, before the next service appointment, we hadnt seen anymore ants inside or outside like before. As it turns out, the neighborhood always had ant problems. These guys really know their product and its effectiveness. Theyre always courteous and responsive when questions are asked.

Superior service with excellent results the first time. We used quick kill at our home because we had major issues with ant infections. The service only took about 30 min, but the results were amazing. I tried getting rid of the ants for about 2 months. Quick Kill Exterminators saved me family! Tim came to my home on June 1, 2017 to help me get rid of carpet beetles and their larvae. Four other exterminator companies had already come to my home including Terminex and Orkin. They were unable to help me. I was at my wits end as the bugs arrived in January and they were everywhere. Tim immediately found the source of the problem up in the attic. My attic is not finished with only two by four wood planks. Tim crawled up there on his hands and knees. He spent a long time and came down covered in sweat and beetles. I am so impressed with Quick Kill I would rate them six stars, but five is the maximum. We have used Quickill in the past numerous times and even set up a yearly maintenance program when we moved into a new house. Unfortunately, we have had to cut back on some spending and cannot afford that anymore, but they were always flexibile with schedules, the techs were always friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were fair. The best thing about them was that they actually took care of the problem. With other pest companies, I always felt like the problem was never solved. We had carpenter ants and Quickill was the only company that took care of the problem. After they visited, we never saw another carpenter ant.
