I feel like often times we are so quick to complain or give a business a bad review and slow to compliment. I have to commend this store today on great customer service. I stopped in this location today and was greeted with the utmost respect and best customer service. The gentleman(I sincerely apologize for not getting his name) was very helpful and kind from the moment I walked in. I needed to make copies and I am perfectly fine with making my own copies, but the gentleman was very kind and said I can help you with that. He was polite and helpful. I was ready to pay for my copies and his generosity, but he said, “It’s on the house today”. What a very kind gesture after I originally asked for one copy and then remembered I needed 2 copies. He didn’t get upset or complain. He was great. Please keep up the great work. I will be sending all my business to this UPS Store location. He should be commended for a job well done and his kindness. It made my day. Thank you.

Friendly, efficient service every time. Today I mistakenly left my credit card at the store. Even though they were super busy with holiday customers they found time to track me down and call to let me know. THANK YOU! And five stars well deserved.

Great service today. I needed multiple small boxes and this store delivered! They even offered to help carry them out. Highly recommend. I also appreciate that they are open at 8:00 a.m.

The manager Ivette Martinez is very rude. I can see how many negative reviews this place has and am surprised she still has the job. Well I had an issue with my international package due to their mistake and won’t stop until I hear from the owner of this place or corporate of UPS. Until then I won’t be going here at all. The lady manager is so unhelpful, when I asked her to help me with international shipment she refused. She said she didn’t feel like reading the instructions from the shipper. Feel sorry for the rest of the crew working there. Being managed by such bad example, unprofessional , rude and very unpleasant.

Love the ENTIRE cast at this UPS location. Great service, Great conversations. I came in early on Monday October 24th to ship an extremely heavy glass art piece (I made) to my sister in Florida, got there in pristine condition.Thanks boys !

Notary was extremely patient and knowledgeable. The place is a one stop shop, got my documents notarized, sent them to my self via email and was able to make copies.

Warning! Beware of this location! This location should be shut down! We will be reporting them to the UPS Store corporate headquarters. They have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service at this location. The worst that we have ever experienced in our entire lives at any UPS Store. And they didnt just treat us poorly, but they treated EVERYONE poorly. They also DID NOT PACKAGE OUR PACKAGE PROPERLY. We went in on the afternoon of March 11th at 4pm, and the 2 people working the counter were as unfriendly, mean, unhelpful, and surly as you could possibly imagine. They were essentially the 2 most terrible human beings that should ever be working in a retail environment. They clearly hate their jobs and hate their customers, but we blame the owner of this location for allowing these employees to work there. There was also a TREMENDOUSLY LONG LINE because the 2 people working the counter were moving as slowly as humanly possible. Hey, we normally don’t mind waiting 25 minutes for quality customer service. But... this was ANYTHING but quality customer service. Daniel, the guy that worked with us, was so incredibly rude to us. Daniel could barely grunt out one-word responses to our questions, and he did the BARE MINIMUM he could possibly do as an employee of The UPS Store. (Please note that the woman who was working with him was treating her customers just as poorly as Daniel treated customers.) And, to make matters worse, he DID NOT package our extremely fragile & irreplaceable papers properly. While we were in the store, Daniel left us feeling extremely uneasy about whether or not our extremely fragile papers that we needed to ship would actually be wrapped & packed with care, because he refused to talk to us about how he was going to wrap/pack the papers, even though we kept emphasizing how delicate & irreplaceable these papers were. Sure enough, when our box of papers arrived 2 days later, he DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY OF OUR PAPERS. Just as we had expected, based on his absolutely terrible attitude, Daniel simply threw a tiny piece of bubble wrap on top of our papers -- which enabled all of our papers to shift during shipping, because our papers were still able to slide back & forth within the box! We SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED that Daniel push bubble wrap down the sides of the box, so that the papers would not slide back & forth. And he refused to even talk to us. These employees should be fired, and this location should be shut down. We will be reporting this location to the UPS Store corporate headquarters today.

Stay away from Armando.A bearded man without a name tag and manners. Tatoos in the arm.Its been a few times I have witness horrible situations ,this particular employee has a horrible personality and mediocre costumer service. I witnessend how he disrespect 2 seniors going to this store to return their Amazon Goods ,I assume they had no idea how to do amazon returns they just needed some Direction ,but this employee Armando Just said with a Straight Face that is not my problem go and find out someone that can help you!

Excellent full service copy and print. These guys can beat most everyones pricing on print! The shipping service is great too! For larger orders they will come to your house and pick-up your items and then bring them back to the store and properly pack them and ship them off to their destination. Cheaper than a moving company and more convenient than renting a truck and doing-it-yourself. The mailbox services are excellent and with the owner having stores on the North Shore, almost any local demand from competitive pricing for small business on medium scale shipping, freight orders and local logistics this is the best in the area!

They have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service at this location. I went in the afternoon, the Girl working in the counter was very unfriendly, mean, unhelpful. She clearly told me don’t drop so many boxes to this location.

The manager Ivette Martinez is the rudest. She refused to notarize my legal document because, I guess she didnt feel like it. She proceeded to argue with me. I went down the street to the Currency Exchange and they notarized it with no problem. This woman does not understand her commission and takes herself way too serious. Please take your business to a store that respects its clients. Also I was going to ship a package and chose not to spend my money at their store.

Stuff has no clue what they are doing. Returning ATT modem. Was asked for acciunt number. Had to find it missing my place in que. Finally a second cashier appeared. I am providing her with an account number and she says she does not need it, just my name. Wow! Wated half-an-hour.
