HTML is a great company to work with. Everyone there is so helpful and always responds quickly but Mike always goes above and beyond when needed. We are so glad that we have HTML for all of our IT needs.

After having had seen more than one IT company at work, I can say this team is more thorough and knowledgeable than those I have met before. I recall having to fix some of issues myself after experiences with previous IT support companies. These people are not mere company license keyholders, they know how to fix OS root problems through command prompts and even hardware features that might be unknown to the user.

The HTML client service is impeccable. They are wonderfully responsive and issues are fixed quickly and thoroughly. I rate them 15 on a scale of 1-10!

Im typically not a fan of ticket systems, or asking for IT support in general. Rob made my first experience with HTML support absolutely painless. He contacted me immediately to address the issue, was flexible while I juggled conference calls, and was very pleasant and efficient while resolving the issue.

As he was remotely fixing my computer, Steve was very professional and helpful, explaining how I can use my computer safely. It is a comfort to know that my computer is up to date and protected.
